He knew that he was not supposed to have been given Michael the drug he was providing him with outside of a hospital and he was not monitoring Michael the wasy he should have been monitoring him because if he was Michael would still be alive. I wonder why, being a doctor, he was trying to perform CPR while Michael was on a bed. Even I know the patient must be on a firm surface, and I am not a doctor. I believe this will be the first lawsuit the family will endeavor. There will be many more. I read the family has already had a second autopsy done. We will be seeing lawsuits for years to come.
