The main point is that person's identificatoin can be found that whether he is an indian citizen or from any other nation.i think this technology would really help our india to develope rapidly.And the fact is that he has really selected a person who has good capability,brilliancy,his own idea too.this would be a great challenge to IT COMPANY and i hope that they will succeed in this project .Also the benefit is that many employees are not going to be unemployed.
