		<description>Deon, this article is slightly confusing to me, my husband had received a "portion" or bankruptcy settlement from Manville several years ago, in other words, he got 5% of the settlement amount,which was very little, when his settlement was to be $50,000, does this new overturn mean that the company has to pay the full amount now? Or is the 5% all there is to it?</description>
