Does the Year For Priests included monastic order priests, or only parish priests?

My 100 year old Uncle is eldest living Benedictine Abbott in the world, and is also celebrating the anniversary of his ordination of 75 years.

The Benedictine order is a teaching order, with schools as part of the monastery in the US and mission type schools in other country per request of His Holiness Pope John Paul XXIII.

You’ve heightened my interest. I wasn’t paying too much attention to “one more proclamation” from Rome. I guess this one needs supporting. I definitely will pray that priests remain faithful to their calling.
