Representative J.D. Hayworth conceded what everyone else has been saying since election night. He lost to challenger Harry Mitchell and is out of a job come Janurary. Pundits point to his close relationship with convicted influence peddler Jack Abramoff and the racial slurs offered by surrogates sent to address members of a Jewish synagogue on Hayworths behalf in the closing days of the election.
