It is being reported that Casey Anthony’s attorney Jose Baez will be introducing yet another member to his Dream Team at the hearing scheduled for Thursday May/28. Under Florida law if the case involves the Death Penalty then the defending attorney needs to have some experience, this disqualifies Baez. As I recall the one and only murder trial he has participated in resulted in a guilty verdict.
So who is this new big gun? Well due to scheduling issues with the afterlife we can rule out Johnny Cochran and F. Lee Bailey. Though it is not inconceivable that the closing arguments might contain:

I may sound like a broken record, but I am still bothered by the money aspect. Is this another Pro Bozo Bono deal? With all of this ‘free stuff’ floating around its a wonder that all these attorneys can make the payments on the BMW’s. I am firmly convinced that there is money floating around, and I am digging for it. Oh, and I am by no means the only one looking, it will surface, and when it does, watch the fireworks.
Whoever the new person is, has an uphill battle. Just catching up on the Nancy Grace and Jane Valez Mitchel shows will keep them busy for weeks! Then there are all of the BNN articles

So who is the new Masked Man? I do hope it is not another specialist in aircraft disasters! That acquisition blew my mind, well, unless they are going to claim that Caylee died as a result of a plane crash.

What difference does it make how she pays for her defense team. Even if they are doing it pro bono wat is the big deal? She deserves a fair trial just like anyone else.
Britney, we all agree (I’m speaking for everyone here, hope it’s okay) that Crazy deserves a fair trial. That’s what America’s all about. What we don’t want is for her or any of her family to be making money off the death of an innocent little girl. Blood money, that is.
Britney: Maggot would get a fair trial with a public defender. Maybe not such a big publicity kind of trial but definitely a fair one. She doesn’t need the entire Barnum and Bailey Circus. In fact my opinion of Bozo is that he’s done more harm than good. She might have had a fairer trial with less publicity if she had a public defender (JMO)
Besides, it can make a difference because it’s important to know the motivation of who is paying for it. No matter what Bozo says, whoever is paying for this MAY also be influencing how Bozo is conducting the case.
And if that’s true then Maggot could win an appeal in the future.
This is not a normal “charity” case. BIG bucks are at stake with book and movie deals. Benefiting who exactly? So far - the accused, Maggot, who is not supposed to benefit from her crime (if convicted) and her family ( the now mysteriously independently wealthy Ants).
Aren’t you the least bit curious about who is paying all this money and why? It makes me very suspicious.
I’m busting in to say, watching the video of Casey playing with her pants, shirt, hair, nails, and chatting it up with the cops makes me wonder. No one cares what you look like… really. Something alot more serious is going on here. And you can’t flirt your way out of it. Those cops don’t care what you look like! I just want her to say what happened already, accident or not. Such a selfish person to do this to her family and her friends!

Casey got herself into a bit of a um, don’t know if I can say it. Why doesn’t she blame Disney movies, or religion, mom, dad, brother, boyfriends. And why is Cindy so mad at bloggers? She wanted to talk about everything in the beginning of this tragic, sad, young life. When the fingers got pointed at her daughter, changed her story. Like I just wanted the cops to get their sooner. Or my fridge smells like that sometimes. Clean your fridge lady! My fridge never smells like a dead body. As much as you think you know, clean your fridge! But you didn’t know how to do that? Like you didn’t know your daughters “secret life.” You wanted people in your business, and now you don’t. Wonder why?
I don’t believe Crazy realizes just how many people she has affected with all her lies. Besides her family and “friends”; LE (includes sheriff’s dept, patrol officers, FBI) whose time and efforts should have been spent actually serving the public instead of having to weave their way through her lies and scouring the landscape looking for poor little Caylee’s remains (yes, George, remains); all of the citizens involved in supposed Caylee sightings–can you imagine someone confronting you, saying we must see your child, you must prove parentage!?! All the people who had to scour their shop’s videotapes to search for supposed Caylee sightings. All the telephone and internet companies who had to spend time researching all of Crazy’s accounts…the list goes on and on. The costs incurred by the general public in these situations alone must be astounding.. Now we take her to court…millions of dollars will be spent! And we, the people, are paying for it. It would be an outrage if she winds up getting a chance to a retrial because of her inept counsel.
LADYBUG - My very favorite comment came from the Larry King show when he asked about why maggot had lied about having a job. Cindy repllied it was because Casey wanted to spend more time with Caylee.

First time blogger here. I usually just read. Thanks for the chat. I must tend to my three year old daughter. I love her so much, and that’s why this effects me so. I don’t want to understand why this happened. Shes not telling anyway. I just want justice for Caylee. That’s what the court system is for. I work, pay taxes, and try to keep a clean house. Does anyone know who the “private invetigator” is that is searching for the “real” Zenaida - the”real” murderer? Cindy says she is letting them do their job. She wants to be like John Walsh without the dedication. She wants something “positive” to come out of Caylee’s death, but she doesn’t want to put any effort into finding the person that murdered her grand-child. She gives no descriptions - no sketches
They messed up royally with that. They want us to believe Casey is not guilty - if they truly believed that - they would be following up on leads - bothering the police to continue their search - everything that NORMAL people would do. No, it’s OK - we just want to make something Positive out of her death - The only positive thing that could happen right now is that the whole family come out with the TRUTH and stop hurting innocent people that they plan on dragging into this.
