I disagree with you. First, there are no heros in this case unless Haleigh is found alive and unharmed. Second, Cobra could be the one to find her, one never knows. God help anyone who is trying to solve this case with good intentions. I highly doubt Cobra is in this just for the long shot chance in hades that he would get a movie deal. That is laughable.

I will reserve my admiration for the law enforcement agencies involved if and when they make an arrest and hand over enough evidence for justice to be served. Sometimes I wonder if the local authorities botched this investigation in the beginning, like those idiots in Colorado did with Jon Benet. If they botched the first days of investigation, then only time will tell, as I state in my previous post.

I don’t know if anyone else seen this or not but it seems a litte weird to me, at the time in the video (7.09) misty is asked why there were so many inconsistancies in the story she has givin, Misty, at that very moment nudges Ron like she wants him to say something but he just sets there. My opinion; I used to think it was misty that had done something to poor haleigh, but now i’m thinking Ron had something to do with all of this, maybe he snuck back in the house after Misty went to sleep and done something…(i pray thats not the case) but he does have a key. And Maybe he is putting all this pressure and attention on Misty because he had found out that she was cheating on him…a revenge type thing…he did say that he has to keep his enemies closer…just a thought, i know not from experience but from observance, that drugs can make you do some crazy unthinkable things.

There has been much talk in this thread regarding Cobra’s intentions and actions. I believe he wants to find Haleigh alive and well of course, but harm can be done by broadcasting too much information to anyone in these type of cases. I would like to see Cobra and others be more discreet. I think this is also why Nancy Grace has stepped back from covering this case.

Keep looking for Haleigh of course, we can still hope that she is alive, although I fear that she is not alive. The sad reality is that there is rarely a good outcome to these cases when you have family members or those closely associated to the family with:
1) reported involvement with drugs
2) a pattern of neglect before a child has disappeared
3) disputes over custody due to neglect or suspicion of abuse
4) inconsistent and inappropriate behavior by the family after a child’s disappearance

I fear that Haleigh could have died as the result of neglect, accident, a drug rage, something, and that Ron and/or Misty or someone else in the family or closely associated with the family are responsible. I believe someone in that circle knows where she is, alive or otherwise. I highly doubt this was a stranger abduction, there are too many suspicious things swirling in regards to the family.

So back to my wish for being discreet. Let’s see how all these highly suspicious family members and those associated behave when they think this case is cold and they are no longer being watched. Over time, someone will find something or someone will talk or someone will slip up. Someone who knows something will get arrested for something else and talk about what they know in this case in hopes of a plea bargaining chip.

Sometimes it takes a while for justice to be served.

Prosecutors are state or federal employees and their salaries are set.

Defense attorneys set their own pay scale; as they are “hired” by defendants. Yes, they are also appointed when a defendant can not afford their own counsel; but, it’s the defense attorneys that make the big bucks.

A beautiful little boy that has had no media coverage or fancy lawyers in his corner.

He was missing before Haleigh. Why didn’t KP offer up her services to his family? They don’t even speak english and could have really used an attorney with resources in their corner to help get media coverage and work as a go between with LE. Where is Adji’s PI pounding the pavements looking for him?

These attorneys jumping on the bandwagon of high profile cases, offering up their services pro-bono have an agenda. It’s all about the bottom line.

They may not be getting a dime now but trust me, there is a book deal down the road, future business, etc.

If Haleigh had been an Adji, KP wouldn’t have come calling with her open wallet and her big mouth.

The father’s lawyers haven’t helped him set up a foundation,hire a PI,donation center or make rounds on television to promote themselves.They haven’t used the locals,rumors,forums or the media to tear apart the mother.All the father wants is his child,no games,no gossip,rumors and lies,just asking for his daughter.It’s so sad the extent that some have went to,for their own purposes.There is a missing child somewhere and please just give her back,please.

A missing child, whose family members appear to have lost their focus; which should be finding a missing child.

Cobra was contacted by Rev. Grund to go to Satsuma to see if he could help on the case, knowing that Cobra was interested in getting inovlved in missing children cases. Grund was at the memorial on Suburban and was introduced to Cobra and given his name for future reference. Cobra agreed to go as a favor to Grund to Satsuma to see if he could help. Grund had been contacted by someone living near Satsuma who was invovled in the search for Haleigh. Grund did go to Satsuma nor is he involved in this case.

Setting up the Haleigh Bug HQ needs an attorney to complete the process for non-profit status, tax ID, and accounting records.

Grant it, they have not been invited to talk shows, but maybe they have been invited and turned them down. I can’t speak for them. I can say they made the right move to tell the Anthonys to go away.

Spacely, in Simon’s article yesterday, he made some remarks that insinuated Kim Picazio was doing something wrong. Cobra posted something which could be read as in support of Simon’s remarks. He also made a cryptic remark about biofuel, oil, etc. That is where I get the impression that Cobra does not like Kim, but I do not know for sure. He’s not come out right and sait it to my knowledge.

It was shot with a home movie cam and uploaded to the web. What was the cost on that? Like less than $2?

I can barely remember seeing his attys on TV. They do press releases, but not a lot of on camera stuff.

Can’t say I have seen them on any talk shows…

To my knowledge, Cobra has said nothing against KP. Not on this site. Not in the interviews I heard.

Do I believe this rich lawyer from the beach went all the way to the swamps of Florida to spend her hard earned money on a destitute drugged out mother who is on the verge of marrying her step-brother? See, that’s the hard part to swallow.

I did not show up as a Kim Picazio supporter. I came here last night as a reader interested in the Haleigh case. Simon posted some cryptic clues about Kim. So, I’ve participated in blogging about Kim in an effort to understand what about Kim P. is the mystery.

And, in Kim’s letter which WebSlueths got a copy of and it was posted here, she said she does not look for a lucrative career as an attorney. She is already successful. Is it so hard to believe that someone wants to do Good Will?

KP, has a relationship of sorts with WS aka Cobra. She has made a number of national news appearances; opening herself up to public scrutiny and research.

KP is representing Crystal and together they have made allegations against Ron Cummings. It’s not beyond the stretch of the imagination to see why KP is “under fire” from opposing party’s.

First of all, if you read what I wrote earlier, I am not from Satsuma. Several people have been here tonight not from Satsuma.

Secondly, I didn’t just land here tonight. The fact is, I was here last night. Yes, I am new here, but is that a crime? Simon, et al have been writing articles on Haleigh and their articles have popped up on my google search. So, am I not allowed to come here and read; participate? If so, then Simon needs to rethink his writing and not encourage new people to visit here or he needs to let his “regular” members know it is alright for newcomers to read and voice their opinions. Guess Simon, since it is his blog, needs to make that decision.

Thirdly, if my opinions are irrelevant to you then why are you so engraged? Chill. It’s okay for others to have an opinion. I read your opinions. If I didn’t then I wouldn’t be responding to you; I just be ignoring you. I like to read what others have to say. Don’t you, Spacely, or do you only want to read those opinions that are like yours?

If you only want to read the opinions which agree with you, then please, skip over my posts as I do not want to make you angry. That is not why I’m here. And, if you are worried about being brainwashed, then please get a tin-foil hat to ward off any brainwashing techniques.

So, there is more than just she wanted to help a poor uneducated mother with a missing child.
