Again I read that there is no more posting about Haleigh untill they make a arrest. Its taking its toll on me, my son fights for his life and I fight even harder to keep him alive. Than you have people who snap out the life of child or teen without remorse. This world isnt so bright as i thought it was when I lived in the shelter of my fantastic parents 30 years ago. Shame! I was lucky because it was not malignant when they did the biopsy. I have had a total of 4 biopsies and one needle biopsy on lumps and all so far has been benign so please tell your niece that there is a good chance hers will hopefully be benign also. A judge today allowed a Kissimmee woman suing murder suspect Casey Anthony for defamation to seek punitive damages.

Anthony’s attorney, Jonathan Kasen, had wanted a judge to dismiss the civil case filed by the Morgan & Morgan law firm, which is representing Zenaida Gonzalez, a 38-year-old mother of six.

But that didn’t happen.

Instead, Orange Circuit Court Judge Jose R. Rodriguez granted Gonzalez’s request to amend the complaint with new details and to seek punitive damages, which are meant to punish wrongdoers.

Gonzalez is suing Anthony for ruining her reputation and is seeking more than $15,000 in compensatory damages — an amount meant to compensate the plaintiff.

The potential amount of punitive damages has not been determined yet, said Gonzalez’s attorney, Keith Mitnik.

Her atty was on NG last night saying if there are entertainment deals in the work, he wants a large percentage of the money made by KC to go to Zeneida.
