I remember hearing something a long time ago that a British film company had started production on a movie about it. Supposedly for LIfetime I think. But having a British company do it helped Lifetime or whoever avoid the wrath of public opinion. Haven’t heard anything about it since.

And – even better – if Z gets permission to seek punitive damages that COULD open the door to our finding out WHERE the money is coming from for Maggot’s defense! If Z won her case and was awarded damages I think there would be a real audit on Maggot’s funds/financial situation. And that could help uncover where the skank’s money is coming from.

Zenaida Gonzalez of Kissimmee claims Anthony’s allegations that a babysitter by the same name kidnapped Caylee caused her to lose her job and ruined her good name. . .

In recent depositions, Anthony’s family members said under oath that based on physical description, the woman she was describing is not the same one one suing her. But each also admitted that they never actually met the woman Anthony described.

Friday morning, Gonzalez’ attorney Keith Mitnik said he’s confident the case will not be dismissed. Mitnik told WESH 2 that they were in the process of amending their original complaint and in Tuesday’s hearing will ask that they also be allowed to seek punitive damages against Casey.

“There could be some fireworks,” Mitnik said.
Later in the week, another hearing is expected before Judge Jose Rodriguez to determine whether he will order the Anthonys to answer certain questions they would not in their depositions at the offices of Morgan and Morgan last month.”

RE: ALLEGATIONS ON ARTHARRIS.COM ABOUT HANK CROSLIN BEING GIVEN PILLS BY RONALD CUMMINGS

This office is in possession of an affidavit signed by Hank Croslin that states:

1. That his hospitalization from April 18, 2009 to April 29, 2009 was due solely to a misuse of prescription medication that Mr. Croslin obtained on his own.

2. That Mr. Croslin was not provided any drugs, pills or medications by Ronald Cummings.

3. That any statements made by Mr. Croslin that were reported to the police were done while he was under the influence of prescription medications and are false and Mr. Croslin disavows any such statements, as well as any statements that he was in anyway in fear of Ronald Cummings.

RE: COBRA’S LATEST STUNT

Yesterday Cobra pulled another fast one. After improperly bonding witnesses last week, Cobra did a bond surrender on one of the witnesses, and he and T.J. Hart, a radio personality from Ocala, announced to the Palatka community that Cobra was bringing into the county jail a “person of interest” in the Haleigh Cummings case! This caused a furor over nothing.

RESPONSE TO ARTICLE ABOUT RONALD CUMMINGS’ ALIBI

This press release is in response to the Art Harris article of April 27, 2009 found at artharris.com.

The headline of the article “Exclusive: Haleigh Cummings-Dad’s Solid Alibi?” is contradicted in the body of the article that states “So far, Cummings has a solid alibi. Not only do co-workers like Zastrow tell police they recall him on property [SIC], even taking his dinner break in the cafeteria, but the Bald Truth has learned exclusively that Cummings cell phone pings came from cell towers by the steel plant, and that on the way home, he stopped by a convenience store to buy a few things.”

The rest of the article is a combination of hearsay, speculation and gossip that does not warrant a response.

Lucy is a girl … a Basset/Beagle.

I was told they are BAGELS … you know – with cream cheese? : ) I guess she is!

I will sleep on the sofa, near the back doors. She is very very hydrated and probably will want to go out a lot the Dr. said.

She has staples. Poor little thing. Whoever owned her almost bred her to death, for money I am sure, hunting dogs, then dumped her in the SPCA.

She walked up the steps slowly … didn’t run up like she normally does. I knew she was sick. Drinking water like CRAZY too. Not eating, only people food I gave her.

Thanks for caring, asking about here. They loved her at the hospital, were kissing her. Said she is very sweet – and SHE IS!

Lucy was a Rescue from the SPCA. Vets could never agree … was she spayed, or not? She wasn’t. Her uterus got infected somehow. The Dr. said she was very clean and kept herself clean, and that’s why I never knew it.

Anyhow, she is home, no Emergency Hospital for the week-end – more money!! He knew I love her so much. Clean sheets over her bed, cooking chicken for her now. So beat. Bed in about 1 hour after Nancy.

I had a decision … he said “I will call you. If the lump is cancer, maybe you will not want her brought back only to heal and continue being sick.” I lived with that for about 6 hours. I have 50 grey hair from that. How awful.

Terisa put her on her Church Prayer list. Shhhhh – t hey all thought LUCY was a lady! I am grateful she wasn’t a male and that her name wasn’t Fido or something. FIDO on a Prayer List at Church?? Some little boy said to Teri …”Oh I have a *DOG* named Lucy!”. Teri said … “Shhhh Lucy is a dog too!” “Oh what kind?” he asked. The cutest thing wasn’t that? They had a nice discussion about his dog and my Lucy. Thanks to all who thought of her and sent STRENGTH thru the ether. Love you all.

It’s a GOOD DAY! She is OUT. Her Elizabethan collar is waiting for her. She’ll LOVE THAT!!

Nancy G. will be on in 5 mintues. I didn’t see her at all today, my first time coming up. ‘nite So beat.

If not, you could start watching a few with her. The R stuff will come up, you can pause the DVD and talk about it… language, sex, violence – whatever happens to be in that movie (that you can pick just for the reason you want to talk about that night)… and how the characters react and what the right thing to do is… you get the drift.

It could be a treat for her to get to see those kind of movies and make her feel you see her as older and mature… and I am sure she has questions about stuff but is afraid to ask you (they mask that by cutting off communications, but it is fear because your approval and pride are important to them)…

ok, enough of my crazy thoughts, I don’t even have kids…

My advice is just start talking to her about every single subject that pops up and make it clear nothing is off limits, you want to talk and hear about it all. When you are at the store and some guy walks that you see her look at, tell her he has a cute butt. The first few times will be awkward as anything, but after that, she will loosen up and start realizing you are a person too and that you just might know things she wants to know…

Anna, I think Spacely had a good suggestion for you with regard to your daughter. Sounds like the boy might be 14? Still a very awkward age. Always be careful but be kind (until you know different, you know?)
