Yes, I know, so don't respond that President Obama is also a lawyer as he's not like Rick Scott. You could have stopped your blog at "former president George W. Bush's partner" as this is where the blame should be laid. If not for their law degrees they would all be convicted felons by now, yet they've escaped by using these connections to screw every non-JD in this country. The lawyers who value our Constitution were also victims of many crimes that will go unpunished. OK, Bernie Madoff stole 50 biliion, but is 1.67 billion now excusable? Josef Stalin once said that "5 deaths are a tragedy but 50,000 deaths is a statistic". Is this the path America is following? I am not a fan of Congress's performance over the past 2 decades but the Republican party needs to either represent the views of all of their constituants and not just those who fill the money hungry campaigns or this country will eventually implode.
