Ron is not on probabion or parole… all his charges were dropped and the last was like 2006…

Misty is a minor so there is no data available on any arrests for her… but no, she was not arrested recently, that was Amber and NayNay.

Amber is the mother of Ron’s 3rd child, but she is a total loser and her grandma has custody. Ron has to pay child support, but continues to deny the child is his. The child has a serious medical condition, I don’t remember exactly what.

NayNay has a child (which I believe also has a drug related medical condition), but she is also a total loser and a woman who is not even related to NayNay has custody… that is the one Pickles wrote about.

Our justice system works on prior records (past performance predicting future performance), so it is relatively easy with a decent atty to get out of your first few charges. After that, your arrest record begins to drag you down in court and the prosecution knows they can get a conviction, so they quit cutting deals. I think Ron and White Boy are about out of ‘free passes’ - unless there is truth to the stool pigeon rumors.

Wasn’t Misty arrested for drugs recently or was it just the two other girls. If she is Jr’s caretaker, wouldn’t she have to do some drug testing and HOW is it that all these druggies keep getting out of jail time after time? How many times do they have to get arrested and charged before the charges actually stick? Sounds fishy to me

I think the statements about the damage to the defense are a press spin to make the story seem critical and a must-read… the trial is months and months away… the attys he has lined up so far are stars in their field… they aren’t all going to spend their time working for free just to have Jose blow the case… and whoever they have lined up is probably already dishing out advice… I don’t think there is a mistrial looming in the future, otherwise the judge would have required a name based on the prosecution’s motion… all my own conjecture, but I feel the judge is all over this.

Yeah, I read a couple of articles yesterday that they have an attorney picked but aren’t releasing the name. It is supposed to be someone new that is joining the team but they are “shielding him from the media”. WHATEVER!

The articles also said this is damaging Maggot’s defense by delaying the enlistment of this DP attorney. Probably means Maggot will have a “mistrial” claim which means this will go on FOREVER!

Although, in my opinion, Jose is not using these depos to fish for information… he already knows KC is guilty… not going to do any good to bring actual facts out about the case… that’s why he is questioning only secondary players like the jail staff… all in the hopes he will get one of these people to change their stories during the depo so that when the prosecution brings them to the stand during the trial, the defense can show that they are unreliable witnesses, just like the Ants.

Depositions are a fishing expedition, which are designed to ferret out facts about the case… as new facts come to light, that may bring up questions for witnesses that were previously questioned.

So, I don’t know for sure, but I am guessing that since the depos are a tool of discovery, they don’t have a limit and witnesses can be called back.

In the event they cannot, probably won’t make much difference as the defense will have all the time it wants to question the witness on the stand during the trial.

The other thing to consider is that not all of the evidence in possessed by the prosecution has been released to the defense yet. That evidence may also generate new questions for a depo… so I would think the defense would have the opportunity to again bring witnesses in for questioning on the stand.

Baez does not have anyone qualified on his team to try a capital case, but newly filed court papers say he will soon. But an Orlando defense attorney said Casey Anthony’s defense has already suffered because of this issue.

I’m thinkin they may have a hard time getting a decent defense lawyer cause bozo has screwed up so bad.

Pammy what you are saying about the kids out playing and no other mothers around bring back memories. I always felt like the lone mother except for one other mom who sat out with me. Kids are a trip. The fun part if when they a little and don’t play with other but mostly side by side. Don’t touch my stuff etc. That is how they learn though. You just have to live through it and remain SANE, that is the hard part. With Lock at 3 and a half, if you want him to ride his bike one way he wants to argue and go the other. I just try and take the argument out of it. He just looks at me funny. I think that he is in the argue stage and he has a new brother. Fun, fun.
