		<description>Wesbleed, I agree with what you wrote about where leadership starts. Leaders are like parents in that what they role-model speaks far more loudly than what they say. Leaders who are awake and transparent about their own shortcomings, and the impact these have, role-model a key integrity quality that is sorely lacking in today's world: self-responsibility. Role-modeling is one of the important ingredients in the integrity stimulus plan I have provided as a public service on my website to help us recover as a society from having fallen into the trap of greed, entitlement, and narcissism.
