Chatrooms quickly became little enclaves of people from around the world who formed tight friendships. Friendships of people who never met and probably never would. Into these chatrooms would come unsuspecting "newbies" and if hey weren't as witty or vulgar or silly or good spellers (!) they were ostracized. The mantra was "agree with us or leave!" Now we fast forward to the Blogging world, which is also bizarre. It seems that some people who perhaps never were in chatrooms, come into blogs thinking they are one and the same. They are NOT. As I've stated before, I've been blogging on various topics for years and have enjoyed it immensely. I love reading different people's opinions on a plethora of subjects. Its amazing to me how people can come from the wilds of Oregon to the skyscrapers of NYC and still be in sync with their thoughts. A mother sitting at home with 4 children can banter or share important info with a DR or airline pilot with reciprocating respect. How much better can it get? Maybe they've had a bad day and bring that mood to their blogging. Maybe a tragedy that relates to a current news topic makes them more passionate about that blog. Let me just say, from what I know of both of you, you will be great!!!!!!!!!!!! It is a wonderful thing and there is always a job. Any job in the medical field is wonderful. It dose not matter if you are wipping someone's bottom on giving meds, or just listening. I loved my work. I am going to do some in home sitting with the elder when my hand gets better.
