Yes it is my understanding the father has threatened to kill the mom, the aunt and the baby if the mother does NOT stop trying to expose him.

I thank God I am not in the mother’s shoes. I wouldn’t know what to do. If mom shuts up the baby continues to suffer the sexual abuse, if she tries to stop the abuse, he could easily kill the child. There is no way to win for her. The only things I know is this man is void of any human emotion. The other thing I know is Aaliyah is in clear and present danger. Whether this is true or not, this child has at least ONE evil parent, there is no way to win here. All we can do is make calls and pray hard.

My other suggestion is that if you are told that there is nothing to investigate, you then ask to report a cyber crime - at this point I think all the reports have been concerned with child abuse - but different people work on cyber crime - I am not suggesting that this is cyber crime (Jan and Simon seem to be pulling in info that would indicate this is not), but because it is on the internet, perhaps that would get a report number generated - and if everything is real, a cyber crime unit should be able to prove that and push the investigation back to the child abuse section - I could be totally wrong on this - just some thoughts I am having after reading of the troubles you are having getting the authorities to listen…

I called the sheriff’s department. I got the number by googling placer county. I am sure enough people know, if it has been covered up, the covers are gone now.

I believe the story is true. I worry because I talked to Connie, she is well spoken and articulate. I worry because the father has been able to keep her at bay so far. I haven’t eaten a bite of anything since I saw that video. I can’t sleep. I just keep praying and when I am done, I pray some more.
jules thank you for caring. I mean that from my heart. I can’t remember when I have EVER been this afraid for any child who isn’t mine. The father has warned the mom to back off or he will kill the baby. I am sooo nervous he will follow thru. If all this is true, somebody needs to expedite proceedings. The potential for harm to come to Aallyah is a real threat.

Anyway I thanked the man and hung up. Now this is where my radar goes up. I called the next day to. Blocking my caller ID. I actually got the same man I spoke with the first day. I never let him know we had spoken the day before. I told him I had just seen the most horrific video and I wanted to know what they were going to do about it.

The man was cool and curt with me. I was demanding that an investigation needed to be going on NOW. At which time he says to me.
Look lady we don’t just start investigating NOTHING. You call here telling me what we need to do and I don’t have any idea what this is even about. I say, so are you telling me nobody has called in and reported this yet? Lady that is exactly what I’m saying!!!!!
I know who I spoke with both days and each time the same person says he ain’t got no idea what I’m talking about. They don’t have the time or officers to chase down every JOKE that ends up on the internet.

I don’t know why they won’t even admit they are getting calls about this. What could that possibly hurt? Any ideas anyone?

I called the placer county sherrif’s office investigations and talked to a woman there to report the video and ask them to at least look into it. the thing that struck me as strange was that the person I talked to said she had never heard of this.

Whatever is going on with that child or whoever is doing the abuse i hope the courts can step in and protect that precious child.

Can’t anyone FORCE this father to take some of those tests? It’s a good start. They can give them to the mother too if they want.

Children are given dolls (with the proper equipment) and they play with them, and can be asked gentle type questions. I have seen this done.

Has all of this been done in this case?

If there is something crooked going on, like the Good Ol’ Boy’s Network, or Payoffs, or other things, then it has to be TAKEN as HIGH UP AS IT HAS TO GO - TO BE RESOLVED!! We recently read about Female rapists/child molester/killers too. SUCH EVIL OUT THERE. It never seems to end!

I did not get involved in last nights debate, because who am I to decide at face value what is true and what is not. The debate got ugly, I’m sorry to say. Made me very uncomfortable and some of the accusations and name calling were certainly not called for. I’m not good with confrontations…tend to back off and hope it rides out. I love BNN and most of the people here but enuf is enuf.

There are some who are looking deeply into this story out of the desire to get to the bottom of it. Papa, Spacely, Beth, Jules to name a few. They deserve a HUGE pat on the back for their efforts to help this child of this story proves to be accurate, which I feel is sliding that way. Oh, and let’s not forget the ones who brought this to our attention….Karencc and AnneA. In my opinion, they have been malighned. I think they have been treated very unfairly. But that’s just my opinion and I’m sure my opinion is not a popular one at this time. The attacks have to stop. As soon as this story broke, I started reading that it was garbage…not true. Why can’t this be true?? Happens everyday unfortunately..and as we speak. How it got so ugly is beyond me. Why and how did it get to last nights level is not acceptable to me. The comments were uncalled for. Sad.
