Anyway, yes Lee was asked to go back to retrieve anything at Tony's. From my recollection the investigators were aware & were at Cindy's home when he brought it back & she went thru it. At that point Cindy was looking for anything about the babysitter. See at this point she was totally up front. And he also brought the laptop back. But something about that laptop, tony told him that it had crashed & was frozen up when Lee arrived. It was Cindy's laptop. That was the 1st night of the 911 calls & at the point they found out Caylee was missing so I don't think anything was hidden or erased (that the investigators could find on the hard drive??) But I'm bewildered by the fact that no one over the 2 years ever attempts to meet this so-called nanny? much less check out where cassey is working? If you read everything you see a tremondous upswing of Casey's lying & stealing in that time period. And Cindy finally has enough & goes to counselling. She's told to kick Casey out & get custody of Caylee. She can't do it... not there yet I guess. As far as the evidence of drugs the length of time outdoors, flooding, animals, etc will change things. It is obvious Casey did it can't understand why Biaz is not doing the right thing for his client and making a plea so she will at least not get the death penality. She is in BIG twubble no matter what! The years on those charges alone could add up. (I know the child neglect was dropped when the murder charges were placed.
