I have always waffled over Nejames…there is still the question of why he felt he should insert himself into this at all… although at the time, the media was relentless on the Ants…and they did seem innocent of all wrong doing..at the time…

The rumors started Tuesday morning after WFTV posted the information on its web site, quoting a hospital official.

The station reports that Loran Hauck, the chief medical officer for Adventist Health System, says the case was diagnosed Tuesday morning.

“A case was diagnosed here in Orlando today on a tourist from Mexico who came to Disney attractions two days ago to visit,” Hauck wrote in an e-mail obtained by WFTV.

Dr. Brady went on to say the hospital has sent at least one swab from a person displaying flu-like symptoms who had been in Mexico to the CDC for further testing. That sample was sent to a lab in Jacksonville and the results should be available in 48 hours.

Disney is referring all calls to the health department. The theme park is also waiting to find out whether there is a confirmation.

People visiting the park were not overly concerned.

“As long as we wash our hands, I think we’ll be fine,” one tourist told 10 Connects.

Dr. Kevin Sherin from the Orange County Health Department adds that people who think they have the virus are flooding hospitals, but this is the first case that warranted further testing.

Dr. Brady of the Florida Hospital says they are still seeing patients with the seasonal flu in Central Florida.

Susan Smith, the press secretary with the Florida Department of Health, said in an e-mail, “At the present time, we do not have any confirmed cases of Swine Flu in Florida. Confirmation of positive tests of Swine Flu will come from Department of Health labs and the Centers for Disease Control.”

Details about the tourist, beyond being from Mexico, have not been released.

Nejame now represents Tim becuase Equusearch is a charity that can be used to launder money…only in a more legitimate fashion than the other Sham Foundations… and maybe Tim only sees money coming in, but never actually checks the books to see how much was suppossed to be donated…and how much transferred back to the evil players…

That is the part that is not adding up for me about Nejame being part of the money trail…he seems to actively despise Jose…and he is representing Tim Miller - I am a firm believer in Tim and his honesty and integrity - he seems to be going about his life’s mission and appears disinterested in money other than as a means to an end…however, I have no problem believing that someone of Tim’s caliber could be used by others in shady money schemes… I can see them pulling this over on him and using him as a patsy…

…but it would seem to have made more sense for Nejame to stay as the Ants atty rather than bring in yet another warm body to eventually rat you out…

Then there was the story just a couple weeks ago of a woman calling 911 because she was locked in her car and her fob wouldn’t work.
