Back to Cindy...the apple doesn't fall far from the tree, she is very deceitful and I am thinking that Casey learned her own ways from her mother. Innocent Until Proven Guilty is a legal reference to the fact that in our system of justice, a person is not LEGALLY responsible for an act until a court decides they are. However, this is only a legal term. Reality does not change based upon the findings of the court. If a person performed an action, they performed that action. So, in the case of the guy who beheaded the other guy on the GreyHound Bus in Canada...was he guilty? Of course he was guilty, everyone watched him cut the man's head off with a big knife. However, he was found to be not LEGALLY responsible. So is the beheaded man now not beheaded? No, he is still just as dead. So did someone else do it? No, the crazy guy still did it, he is still guilty in reality, but in the legal world, he is not responsible. The same is true of a self-defense killing. The defender still murdered the perp, but we do not hold self-defenders legally responsible for their actions to save themselves. Casey Anthony killed her little girl. All of the evidence points to her and only her. Only Casey gained anything by Caylee's death (at the time, now everyone including her grandparents are cashing in on her). Just because our legal system may abdicate Casey's responsibility in Caylee's murder, that does not mean she is "innocent". Our American forefathers wanted everyone to receive the same benefits under the law and for the little man to have adequate legal protection from the government. They never asked any of us to bury our heads in the sand and pretend just because no one video-taped this woman killing her child that she did not do it. Innocent Until Proven Guilty - this term is getting thrown around a lot in relation to the Casey Anthony…what does it really mean?

Innocent Until Proven Guilty is a legal reference to the fact that in our system of justice, a person is not LEGALLY responsible for an act until a court decides they are.

However, this is only a legal term. Reality does not change based upon the findings of the court. If a person performed an action, they performed that action.

So, in the case of the guy who beheaded the other guy on the GreyHound Bus in Canada…was he guilty? Of course he was guilty, everyone watched him cut the man’s head off with a big knife. However, he was found to be not LEGALLY responsible. So is the beheaded man now not beheaded? No, he is still just as dead. So did someone else do it? No, the crazy guy still did it, he is still guilty in reality, but in the legal world, he is not responsible.

The same is true of a self-defense killing. The defender still murdered the perp, but we do not hold self-defenders legally responsible for their actions to save themselves.

Casey Anthony killed her little girl. All of the evidence points to her and only her. Only Casey gained anything by Caylee’s death (at the time, now everyone including her grandparents are cashing in on her).

Just because our legal system may abdicate Casey’s responsibility in Caylee’s murder, that does not mean she is “innocent”.

Our American forefathers wanted everyone to receive the same benefits under the law and for the little man to have adequate legal protection from the government. And I do feel sorry for Roy Kronk. The police should have found caylee the first time Roy called 911. If my child was being taken from me at a park, I am sorry, I just wouldnt let someone take her. They would have to kill me first. And if kc says she was afraid for everyone's life, will now that caylee is gone, why hasn't she told everyone what she was protecting them from? And to not call or go to the police right after that happened, is unthinkable. I do not think any jury would be able to get past that part. What mother would not seek help for her kidknapped 2 year old, unless they were covering up something. Which in my opinion, is what kc did. That was very good. Jan. And I do feel sorry for Roy Kronk.
