Reports of a bloody mess at Haleigh Bug Headquarters…
A Putnam County Fire Rescue ambulance picked up an unknown subject at about 1a.m. Monday, April 27, 2009 at the Haleigh Bug Headquarters on South US 17 in Satsuma, FL, the agency confirmed this morning.
Due to HIPPA laws, the identity of the subject was not released.
The unidentified female subject was hospitalized after suffering a seizure and receiving a facial injury in her subsequent fall causing lots of bleeding.
Witnesses tell WSKY that a hatchet was also found inside the Haleigh Bug building.
WSKY cannot confirm witness claims as to why the hatchet was out in plain sight inside the small Haleigh Bug building or for what possible use the hatchet may have been used.
REPORTER’S NOTES 4/26/2009
Information has been forwarded to WSKY regarding alleging more bad blood between Haleigh Cummings’ stepmother, 17-year-old Misty Cummings, and Amber Brooks, the woman who bore a son to Haleigh’s Father, Ronald Cummings over 20 months ago.
This information also supports a theory private investigators and others are researching involving the associations between Misty Cummings and two women who were recently jailed on cocaine charges in Putnam County.
The women who were jailed on Monday, April 20, 2009 are Kristina Rene “Nay-Nay†Prevatt and Amber Brooks.
In the days prior to the disappearance of 5-year-old Haleigh Cummings from her Satsuma, FL home where Misty Cummings was the last person to see her, Ms. Cummings was in the company of Kristina Rene “Nay-Nay†Prevatt.
Prevatt claims she arranged a meeting between Misty and a local man named Greg Page. That meeting reportedly resulted in a couple of days of sex and drug use for Misty and Greg the weekend before Haleigh vanished on February 10, 2009.
Prevatt is also an associate of Amber Brooks, the other woman who was jailed with her on cocaine charges April 20, 2009 in Putnam County.
WSKY has since discovered about the difficult relationship between Misty Croslin-Cummings, Amber Brooks and Ambers’ mother Lisa Ann Brooks:
September 25, 2008, Misty Croslin (now Cummings), 16 years old at that time, filed a police report claiming Amber Brooks’ mother, 37-year-old Lisa Ann Brooks, committed battery on Misty.
October 6, 2008: Amber’s mother, Lisa Ann Brooks, is charged by State’s Attorney for battery on Misty Croslin.
November 14, 2008: 4:52 PM Misty Croslin allegedly posts nasty comments on Amber Brooks myspace page under a photo of Amber Brook and the baby son she had by Ronald Cumming.
This new information lends support the claim made last week by private investigator William “Cobra†Staubs on WSKY and TheSky973.Com that Kristina Rene “Nay Nay†Prevatt and Amber Brooks are key to this case.
William “Cobra†Staubs has been working on this particular lead since the middle of last week.
WSKY continues for follow this lead and several others in the search for Haleigh Cummings.

When is the media going to start believing the bio mom about the dad’s temper? I think HE killed her accidentally and they are BOTH covering it up with the LAME story. The time line does not make sense if you just think about it. His Mom must know something is up but cannot believe it because she is innocent in this. Just see her behavior compared to the dad and his wife. They are pretending it’s been obvious(no real tears, red eyes etc…they just don’t seem desperate like anyone of a missing child is ) from the start and I think the police are onto them.

I worked in a middle and high school Alternative Ed. for a while. Some of the families had like qualities to these families. Some of the parents were never there for their children except when they were caught doing something terrible or breaking the law. Then they would come out of the woodwork claiming their child would never do such a thing and threaten you with anything they could dream up.
It’s not always the parents fault for what a child does, but they certainly need to force them to accept responsibility for their actions.
I guess we’re to assume that the “woman” that had the seizure at Haleighbug headquarters is Crystal? Either way, I wish they would find this poor little girl.
It just breaks your heart. If only we could pick these little ones up and kiss away all their pain.

The police need to stay on all of this drug activity. Someone will eventually get busted and run their yap in a plea bargain.I have felt from the beginning that RC was either involved or knows the truth. If it was possible for me, I would adopt this little girl in a heartbeat. And she would be raised in a loving Christian home. It is just so heart breaking to know that this little girl could be alive suffering. Prayers for this girl are a must. And if she is found, she should not be allowed to return to that family…not even to her bio mother. Such negligent parents—and the extended family is no better.

Does anyone know why someone would be at the Haleigh Bug Center at 1 A.M.? Does the Center have someone there 24-7? I do hope Crystal is okay. Given Crystal’s past history with seizures it does sound as if she was the one that had the seizure this go round. I wonder if anyone else was with Crystal at the Haleigh Bug Center? Sorry for all of the questions. I’m just curious.
Laws prevent me from revealing the name of the person who had to be picked up from the Haleigh Bug Center by ambulance at this moment.
When I get the official confirmation on that person’s identity, I will reveal what I know.
It seems like Chrystal said the Haleigh Bug Center has someone there 24/7. My guess it was her who was taken to the hospital. I feel so bad for her. I hope if it was that she is OK. I don’t think she had anything to do with Haleigh’s disappearance and as a mother myself, can hardly imagine her pain. I pray for Haleigh to return safely.

He told me today he that will likely cease operations in Satsuma by Friday due to lack of funds.

In my opinion, something happened to Haleigh before her father (ron) left for work. Maybe Ron and Misty got into a fight and poor little Haieigh got in the way, and now Misty and Ron are covering it up.
I am on Crystal’s side. I think what she says about Ron is true, and I think that she better be careful, because it is looking like someone wants her out of the way.

Casey Anthony and her legal team are due back in court next week. On May 5, Casey’s lawyer is scheduled to question a jail guard who was with Casey the day she learned her daughter’s remains had been found.
There is a videotape of that moment, but it hasn’t been released.
Casey will go to court with her attorney, on May 28. They’re asking the court to make sure the public never sees the tape.

You know the really screwed up part about Jose doing these depos with the jail crew that witnessed the reactions of himself and Casey on the day the body was found?
The prosecution already stated they cannot and will not use those audio and video tapes and have no desire to see them or have them made public.
This means the prosecution gave up all chance of using Casey’s reactions one way or another on that day.
But by Jose having eye witnesses to these events give depos in court about exactly what is on those tapes, the prosecution can use those depos to prove whatever points it is that Jose believes they want to use the tapes for in the first place.
So, what would have never made it into trial, the defense has managed to make an intregral part of the evidence…
Is this all a part of Jose’s masterplan to have Casey eventually scream “ineffective counsel” during an appeal? Or is he really this stupid????

Orange County taxpayers are coughing up more money for the former meter reader who found Caylee Anthony’s remains.
Without much fanfare, Orange County commissioners approved spending $2,500 additional dollars to cover Roy Kronk’s attorney fees.
Kronk found Caylee Anthony’s remains last December while on the job. At that time, the county paid $10,000 for Kronk to get a lawyer to help him deal with the media.
The funds approved Tuesday morning will cover Kronk’s attorney representing him during depositions in the Casey Anthony case.

What explains Casey Anthony’s seeming lack of remorse and that spending spree she went on?
WESH-Channel 2 anchors Jim Payne and Martha Sugalski last night teased to a report that will air at 11 tonight.
As teases go, it was pretty effective — even if I questioned some of the wording.
Sugalski: “A possible parallel? WESH 2 looks at the case of a young widow who appeared to be celebrating her husband’s death with a sex and spending spree. What happened later will surprise you.”
When I hear that, I always think: Why don’t you let me be the judge of that?
Payne continued: “Casey’s own attorney, Jose Baez, told us about this case. Is it the one he’ll use to explain Casey’s apparent lack of remorse?”
Baez would give away his strategy in an interview?
WESH’s Bob Kealing conducted the interview about “what may be Casey’s defense,” Payne said. Anthony is charged with the first-degree murder of her daughter, Caylee.

Why don’t reporters tell their readers that they are “coughing up more dough” every time that a-hat Hosebag goes into court with some incorrectly written motion plus all his other antics! And that his multi-million dollar scheme team is costing them money too! And HE’s the one blabbing on TV about the case as are the ants so if publicity is “tainting” the jury pool then it’s HIS fault if the trial has to be moved (in which case the state has to pay the hotel etc expenses of the defense – barf). Yeah, I agree, $2,500 is nothing compared to what we in Florida spent just looking for Caylee. To me, it is worth giving Kronk $50-$100 grand as he must have saved us at least that much in additional searches.
Unless for some reason, LE had reason to charge him…but at this point, his story seems to check out and he did us all a great service by finding the body and getting us to this point in the court case.
I think Catface has got a good theory there…the only part that seems possibly wrong is when they got their story together when Ron got home…let’s face it…they smoked a joint…and forgot about the story until the cops started asking questions…same way they forgot the cinder block was propping open the door…

…I think the judge should insist that Jose be taken off this case altogether in the best interest of the taxpayer’s of Florida with special notation that his involvement was frivilous from the start as he was never qualified to handle any aspect of this case.

Spacely, what I was amazed at (one of the many things) that sindee did at her depo was when Morgan asked her about something she said when talking with LE or FBI that was videotaped. She acted outraged and screamed that she didn’t know they were taping that! Like that was some horrible thing that LE did! Well, what’s the difference, Spindee? What I really cannot figure out is the ants’ attitude and behavior at their depos. They KNEW they were being taped. How and why could they behave that way? They acted that way during the depos in an attempt to control the depos.
Did you notice that both of them acted exactly the same? Yet, we have seen them in other similar settings and they don’t act that hostile. It was all an act to gain control.
When things are not going there way, I have noticed they begin to scream and yell. My guess is that worked with Lee and Casey. But it does not work with other adults, at least not those who are used to intimidation like attys and cops.
When Cindy started that rant about what a painful episode it was in her life, it was all an attempt to deflect the question. Notice that she went on and on and on and everytime the guy would start to ask the question again, she would continue the rant. G did the exact same thing when they asked about the day Caylee was found and about the middle finger crisis.
Also notice that when push came to shove in the Cindy depo and Morgan started asking the questions and he asked her if she was aware Zeneida had been to Sawgrass Apts, she started into another rant about Zeneida’s exact name and demanding that her questions be answered. Another control attempt. Perhaps she was not aware that she is not allowed to ask questions, but I am sure she had been briefed.
But what gets me is the obvious lying like about the address book(s)…that she can’t remember how many or exactly what happened to them…yet she ‘prepared’ for this interview and was quoting discovery pages…but did not review or find the exact evidence that she knew she was going to be asked about…how can you ‘prepare’, but not bring the one piece of evidence that proves everything you are saying?…because you are lying…those books never existed…there never were addresses or phone numbers…

But I can’t imagine it making a difference to me because I’d figure that the cops interviewing me would make a record of some kind – audio or even taking notes by hand.
So it would not have affected anything I said. I would expect to be held to what I said (and it better be the truth).
THe only other reason I can even dream of that a woman would be PO’d she was video taped without knowing it would be if she would have dressed better or something. Listen Folks….I went over there this morning and picked a fight about a post one of their apparent regulars had posted that was not correct. Two or three jumped at me, and I fired back….but I did it on my own without mentioning BNN, Pickles, or anyone else.
And you know what, I’ve felt bad about it all day. Granted those people are rude and somewhat marginally informed as to facts, but the fact remains, I started the fight intentionally. So many people put such b.s. on those threads, and if you try to post actual FACTS or EVIDENCE to the contrary, you get 7 or 8 of them at once jumping all over you, cause, of couse they’re right! FYI, it WAS Crystal last night Monday night at the Haleigh center, but she wasn’t working. She and her sister were there partying…her sister wrote all about it on her MS page…hittin the pipe for several days…partying at the lake, talking about how they “broke their stem,” but could “run get another ’cause they’re only $5.00.” I don’t know about you guys, but there’s only one or 2 things that I know of that you smoke out of a stem, and given Crystals love of the white stuff, it takes the guesswork out of it. Oh and the centers not open 24/7 any more…this weeks the first time Crystals even been in Satsuma in over a month, and only now ’cause Cobra’s here…she said so. Obviously they were geeked out and paranoid running around with a fricken hatchet. And that crap about a stalker in black? Ummm…there’s a police station directly across the street from Haleighbug center, that’s got cops there all the time. Both the station and the center have video cams all around them. There was no man in black. Take away that crack pipe and those seizures will stop, mark my words.

I have contacted one of my relatives who has access to a lot more information than I do. Hopefully, she can find the exact link of the family tree on how the two are connected. I truly feel that Amber and her friend, ” Nay-Nay” have a lot of information regarding the dissapearance of Haleigh that they are not sharing!

I just wanted to say I am really glad for this blog. It is the only source of information about poor little Haleigh Cummings. Apparently, since it came to light that Ronald was a very questionable character that Nancy Grace could no longer defend, she does not even discuss the case on her show! Jane Valez-Mitchell does share a slight bit of info from time to time, but this blog is the best source of information and I want to thank TJ for keeping us all informed. Maybe TJ can convince Greta or Jane to explore the case more deeply and do some fund raising for COBRA. My heart goes out that poor little girl where ever she might be! I firmly believe that Misty was so strung out on drugs and partying with so many that she has no clue what happened with those kids. And I’m quite sure Ronald was partying before he left for work and felt no need to check on his children before he left for work.
why hasnt the media given the attention to haleigh cummings case as much as they gave caley anthony case…or other cases? why isnt it being covered regularly?? its almost as if its being thrown under the rug. people such as myself wont let go of news about haleigh until she is found. btw, my friend thinks that haleighs father married misty so that she cant testify against her husband..etc. meaning, they probably both know something about what happened to haleigh
