Pickles, reading what you had to say about the Sandra Cantu case and the animal who took her life, I commend you for the restraint you showed. I honestly don’t know how you managed to maintain your composure.

Hulk a hoe is not the first female predator. She is however, the first one I know about with a young, same sex child of her own. I can’t help but wonder, how much abuse her own little girl has endured. I would not be surprised in the least, as the details unfold, to hear of several more children, she is guilty of assaulting.

The details of her actions are sealed because of the fear of outrage. Well Judge have no fear, we are already outraged!!! Sealing the records is not going to stop it. It seems to me, by sealing the records, the only one protected from the outrage, is the monster who already knows what she did. Sandra, her family, and the public have NOT been spared the outrage. To deny us the additional information detailing specific acts does not protect anyone except the predator.

Sandra Cantu was an innocent and beautiful little girl. The female who sits in jail for this crime, had no concern about the outrage while she was hurting and murdering this baby.
It makes me sick in my soul, knowing the judge can protect Hulk a hoe from the outrage, but nobody could protect Sandra from her.

My blood runs cold when I hear that the details of her death are so horrible. Considering the fact that her little body was so badly decomposed that she had to be identified by dental records makes me wonder if something was found lodged inside her body. How many others have fallen prey to her abuse? Medicate and abuse appears to be her m.o. I heard (read) of that other poor child, but I’m convinced there are others before Sandra.

Sandra is safe from the evils of this world at the hand of this monster. Let’s pray for the family who is living with this nightmare of losing their child.

When a women cuts off a man’s penis you think sexual desire? I think the same applies here even if the victim is a child. Her actions speak of outraged/insane levels of punishment not desire.

This woman sounds like she hears an insane religious calling to punish corrupt children. Most likely the sexual mutilation points to an obsession with sexual corruption blamed on the child.

I suppose this woman could have felt these children were tempting her…but it is just as likely that she found out that they were submitting to a family molester. Or maybe they told dirty jokes or just expressed a fairly normal child’s crush on another child.

On the other hand the public mob is also getting smarter on manipulating for the punishment desired. Prosecution based on a motive of delusions and insane levels of corporal punishment send her to an asylum. If the mob wants blood the wise prosecutor says sexual molestor motives and laws apply instead. And for all practical purposes the burden of proof as to motive actually falls the defense. In fact sanity is assumed unless the defense meets the explicitly legal burden of proof.

Personally I don’t think insanity should be a defense unless it can also be proven as permanently curable. The law needs to deal with what the accused “IS” not what we wish they were like. Inability to tell right from wrong is evidence toward likelihood of committing a crime – not a defense. Historically the insanity defense originates in the wealthy and influential class.

Former Washington Teacher Convicted Of Kidnapping & Raping 10-Year-Old Boy

A Pierce County, Washington judge on Monday convicted Jennifer L. Rice of kidnapping and raping a 10-year-old boy she taught at Tacoma’s McKinley Elementary School two years ago.

Superior Court Judge D. Gary Steiner also found Rice, 33, guilty of raping the boy’s older brother and ruled one of her crimes was predatory, qualifying her for an extra-long prison sentence.

The former teacher faces more than 25 years in prison when sentenced June 5. Steiner ordered Rice, who’s been in jail since her arrest in summer 2007, to stay there until sentencing.

Rice, the mother of young children, wiped at tears after Steiner made his rulings.

The convictions followed a brief “stipulated facts” trial. Prosecutors and Rice’s defense team agreed to a set of facts in the case, and Steiner reviewed them before making his decision. Rice agreed to the trial instead of a straight plea in order to preserve some of her appellate rights, said her attorney, Gary Clower.

The arrangement was, in essence, a guilty plea by Rice. She admitted she had sexual intercourse with both boys on separate occasions – the older brother was 15 at the time – and that she kidnapped and molested the younger boy, according to court records.

Steiner convicted Rice of four crimes: first-degree kidnapping, first-degree child molestation and two counts of third-degree rape. Steiner found the child-molestation crime was a predatory offense because the victim was one of Rice’s students.

That designation – required when a teacher is accused of certain sex crimes – invokes stiff sentencing requirements: a minimum term of 25 years or the high end of the standard sentencing range, whichever is longer. In Rice’s case, the high end is 261/2 years, according to previously filed court documents.

Prosecutors contended in court documents that Rice began a sexual relationship with the 10-year-old boy that lasted from December 2006 to August 2007, when she sneaked him out of his home and drove him to Ellensburg where they had sex at a rest stop before she returned him home.

Prosecutors also charged her with twice having sex with the boy’s older brother in July 2007.

Rice previously argued that the law that classifies some crimes as predatory is unconstitutional because it wrongly curtails the powers of the state’s prosecutors by restricting their discretion. Steiner rejected that argument in July 2008.

Clower indicated in court that his client might want to renew that argument at the appellate level.

Prosecutors originally charged Rice with 13 crimes but agreed to drop all but four in exchange for her stipulating to the facts Steiner reviewed Monday.

The deal means the victims won’t have to testify in open court while guaranteeing that Rice will get a long sentence, deputy prosecutor Mark Lindquist said.

The victims’ parents last month sued the Tacoma, Bethel and Yelm school districts, contending the districts negligently hired and supervised Rice and didn’t do enough to protect students from her. Rice also taught in the North Thurston School District.

The state has revoked her licenses to teach and work as a counselor.

Female Sex Killers: The Devious Predators

They are the world’s most elusive hunters. Using their looks, their status, and their personalities, female sex killers can be the most difficult to catch. I have studied serial killers all of my adult life and am the only profiler to interview a large group of female serial killers and create their profiles. I work with police on such cases around the United States, and from first- hand experience, I can attest to the fact that female rape murderers are clever.

Though rare, such predators are more common than the general public knows. Why? In most instances, when a female rapes and kills a victim, the act is done in conjunction with a male partner. As such, when caught, the females play innocent and blame the male. This strategy has proven highly effective over the years because people are hesitant to believe that a woman could rape and murder. But it does happen, and sometimes, the female will act alone.

Out of all the interviews I have done with male and female serial killers, the only offender who ever made me uncomfortable was a female sex killer. She had a long history of violence and killed with no remorse. What made her unique is that she was very open about her love for drawing blood using knives, and she said if she ever got out of prison, she would kill again.

These offenders are a unique breed in that they have a real taste for hurting helpless victims. They enjoy the feeling they get when using objects to rape. In fact, female rape killers will often use jagged instruments when they attack. These women are especially brutal with female victims, and almost always, they will mutilate the genitalia. Such women have told me that they chose to hurt their victims so viciously because it turned them on. Like their male counterparts, it was sexually exciting.

To capture their prey, these women use a rouse to trick their victims who are always smaller in size. They use their gender as a cover for their evil intentions because most people find it hard to believe that the fairer sex could rape and kill a child. However, children are not their only victims. Such offenders have been known to target adults since everyone is less wary of a woman. This allows these super predators access to almost any type of victim.

The killers are drawn to traditionally “feminine” jobs such as nursing, caregiving, teaching, or the sex trade. These fields give them natural cover to get close to victims. Like their male counterparts, female sex killers fantasize about rape and murder. However, unlike men, women tend to be less selective about the type of victims they choose. For instance, male sex killers typically prefer certain types of victim such as 20-year-old blondes. But for the women, victim age and gender are less important than opportunity. Female predators search for that which is easy to get. If she works in a nursing home, she may go after the elderly and rape them in their beds. If the woman works as a prostitute, she will target customers. If she teaches, she often sets her sights on students. These women crave what is familiar to them, and they watch their prey over time to assess how easy it would be to attack.

The killers tend to have spotty work histories as well as a string of failed relationships. They dabble in sexual relationships and will try everything from lesbianism to child molestation. Emotionally they find it hard to be “centered,” and family will cover for the women when they engage in strange behavior. In looking at their backgrounds, their life pattern tends to be as follows:

Loneliness
Child abuse (victim of)
Fantasy
Acting out (violent against animals & other children)
Sexually promiscuous
Psychopathic behavior (stealing, fire setting, lying)
Attaching to steady figure (older male)
Increased time alone
Practicing violence
Kidnap
Kill

The interesting part of this pattern is that when looking back, it is easy to see how the women progressed. And there is almost always someone who knew about the increasingly dangerous behavior but did nothing to stop it. There is a tendency in families to hide problems, and those that produce female rape murderers are no exception. The crimes are so aberrant that even those close to these women find it hard to believe that their child/friend/spouse could do such things. The women are well aware of this and use it to their advantage. At every turn, they will plant doubt into the minds of those who question. They will act strange on purpose to try to confuse people. Then they turn on the water works and cry to appear innocent. The thing that tends to be consistent with these killers is that people around them will say that the women were “strange” or “unusual.” Others will even say that the women made them feel uncomfortable at times, but again, because of their gender, people are reluctant to be suspicious.

Once caught, the women go to emotional extremes and will do everything from attempting to seduce investigators to acting out in an almost psychotic like way. When female rape murderers are cornered, they are more likely to talk than other female killers. However, their ‘confessions’ will be self serving and filled with lies. They will be flamboyant and spin tales of their own horrific abuse in order to garner sympathy. However, make no mistake, such women are devious and know exactly what they are doing. They use the rarity of their crimes to hide the truth of what lies beneath their façades. These types of crimes are actually becoming more common, so parents must become educated about this ‘newer’ predator that is stalking their children. As awareness grows, expect to see the discovery of more of these types of crimes. When society realizes what has been hiding in its midst, an innocence will be lost, but protection will be gained. People will be shocked when they discover what happened in the Sandra Cantu murder case. But the horror will provide the necessary wake-up call and education that parents need in order to be forearmed in the future.

I will be following this case right along with you. At this point, we can only hope that the wheels of justice will put that sick, sick individual away forever. This had made me realize how important it is to monitor our kids at all times when they are away from home. Going out to play has become a far too risky. I started a blog findourkids.blogspot.com with information on devices available to parents. What happened to litte Sandra Cantu will break my heart for all of my days. My goal is now to protect kids before they fall into a preditors hands.

So the mother of the child, the child and Huckabee all live in the same Orchard Estates place. And Huckabee tries to poison a guy who is found crashed into a McDonald’s near the Orchard Estates? What are these people doing with this child? Huckabee takes the child to the church and kills her in the church? That seems like a dumb place to commit a crime.

If I were the police I look at the Catholic model for this type of thing and start asking how many other children may have been abused at this church and what men may have been visiting this child.
