sean good post...some time the problem is the parent of the bully they think its ok for thier child to behave this way, i read not to long ago a mother let her teen's friend drive her and her daughter to a fight where the mother was also seen fighting, whats wrong with parents, bullying and name calling is not ok but it also has to start at home, parents need to teach thier child this behavior is not ok no matter what, and paying attention to what they are doing and with whom wouldnt hurt either.

Good article - I think this happens way to often and unfortunately much more than we admit or imagine. I blame not only those doing the bullying (that has been the case since the begining of time) but blame society and parents for teaching or NOT teaching our children coping mechanisms. Everyone gets on the "team" at tryouts - everyone gets a trophy for participating - etc - how about this is what you do when lifes not fair - because more often than not - Life is not fair...........off the soap box - nice article!
