Dear Senator:

As your constituent, I am writing this letter to urge you and your colleagues to act swiftly to fully fund the Adam Walsh Child Protection and Safety Act. The provisions of the Adam Walsh Child Protection and Safety Act must be funded now so that law enforcement can protect children and communities from the scourge of convicted sex offenders:

I urge you to fully fund all of the mandates within the Adam Walsh Child Protection and Safety Act. I am particularly concerned about the following:

1. To implement an effective and comprehensive national registry database and website of sex offenders. 2. To build capacity in the federal law enforcement system to enable law enforcement to track and capture noncompliant sex offenders and bring them to justice. 3. To implement a national DNA database so that law enforcement can accurately and promptly verify DNA evidence.

Citizens must have access to accurate and timely information regarding convicted sex offenders living in their community. The 50 states and the federal government must be afforded adequate resources to build and maintain an effective national sex offender database. A national sex offender database is a critical safeguard to protect America’s children and with each passing day that the provisions of this law are not funded, the danger to children is heightened. When information about the identity and whereabouts of convicted sex offenders is not accessible, accurate and verifiable, our communities are at grave risk.

I strongly urge you to act now to fund the mandates passed in the Adam Walsh Child Protection and Safety Act so that our children are kept safe from these dangerous predators and law enforcement has the necessary investigative resources.

I do have a question, if someone would be so kind to answer it.

The petitions that everyone is signing with the objective of making a difference are great. My question is once there are the desired number of signatures where will the petitions be sent? Since many of us come from different states will a copy go to each of the 50 states or will it be sent to Congress?

This is being billed as the couple’s first network interview since their granddaughter Caylee’s body was found in December. Among the topics sure to be discussed is the prosecution’s decision to seek the death penalty against Casey, a reversal of the state’s earlier stand.

George and Cindy also are scheduled to appear on Oprah at a still unannounced date in May.

Lawyers said on Monday’s Nancy Grace Show that the Anthonys’ TV tour could work to the detriment of their daughter, since anything they say could be brought up in court.

Tapes of recent depositions indicate the Anthonys often tell different versions of the same events. Casey must have inherited their genes, since she has told so many lies, you have to wonder if she even knows what the truth is.

Dear Ms. Winfrey…………DO YOU HEAR THESE VOICES ???? The overwhelming majority of these voices are urging you to reconsider and not do a show with the Anthony’s as your guests. These voices are from decent caring people from all over the country and world who see the mockery of a little angels murder, by her own grandparents.

I’m not going into the various reasons I personally object to their appearance on your show. The voices I mention do it in a very clear and eloquent manner which I could not improve on. LISTEN TO WHAT THESE VOICES ARE SAYING TO YOU.

If you choose not to listen, please do not insult my intelligence again by asking for these voices to speak.

PLEASE post this petition on the AMW website! We are desperately trying to invoke change in the laws for sex offenders! The people of BNN AND the world are begging for change. John Walsh has the ability to help us make that change! Will he say no? Will he not help us? Will YOU not help us? It is too late for Adam and Sandra but it DOESN’T have to be too late for other children… my children… or even your children! Give Adam and Sandra a voice! Will you tell THEM no?

This is an excellent idea with a very impressive letter from you to begin our pleas.

I don’t think they can ignore ALL of us! If they think there are enough people wanting this, they’ll HAVE to get on board. Wouldn’t it be COOL to have John Walsh behind us (or in front of us as our FRONT MAN)! We CAN do this but we’ve got to get EVERYONE sending them messages!
