I was under the impression when you are mirandized..”if you can’t afford an attorney,one will be appointed”..an attorney was appointed..you aren’t given a selection,to choose from..isn’t there certain atorneys that are “court appointed” and work for the courts?..or do these attorneys have practices and just donate some time pro bono??kinda like when a physician “donates” some time in a clinic?

I am outraged that the state is giving her so much more then others have ever gotten. There is no doubt this biatch killed Caylee and the sky is the limit for her, no matter how much money its going to cost to hire their own experts to come in and say Casey could not be guilty for this and that reason, at tax payers expense. Then you see someone that don’t have a fraction of the evidence against them as Casey does and they get one lawyer and no money to even hire an outside investigator. Casey has had the best working on her side. My Gosh Bozo hired Michael Baden and they don’t get much better or more expensive then that. Well Henry Lee will probably be showing up any day now.

I do not believe I have ever heard of a person who had to be represented by a public defender getting to pick which attorney they wanted not to mention have benefit of all the experts that the state has to pay for, this is crazy. Normally the public defender comes off a list done by rotation. But apparently since she is such a celebrity, she don’t have to follow the same rules as your average indigent.

I know I heard Bozo say he was doing this because Casey deserves to be defended so he was going to represent her pro bono but I now it seems he has decided he needs to be paid. I don’t know how Casey can be eligible for a public defender with all the money they have made off her crime but apparently the parents are claiming all the money made is theirs and Casey has no money of her own. So the taxpayers will be picking up the tab.

HOLY SH*T OH MY GOSH so I go to pay my rent last night at the managers and a couple of the tween girls tell me theres some duder dressed in all black in the AM’s before school with half his face covered following them in the early morning…WTF no parents call cops just let it happen say walk in pairs take a stick duder threatened to kill them once…WTF get my blood boiling …going to PD today to report it…..every AM follows them to bus stop then walks to duck pond….I AM ENRAGED NO PARENTS STEPPING IN OR GOING WITH THEM TO CONFRONT THE DUDE…..Teens need our protection too…it was fate that I ran into them girls last night..IM REPORTING THIS SH*T
