Wednesday, April 8, 2009 around 3:30pm was the last time that anyone has seen little Victoria “Tori” Stafford. A video has been released showing Victoria (in black jacket) walking with an unidentified woman in a white puffy jacket. Anyone with any information regarding this video no matter how small you may think it is, please contact CRIMESTOPPERS at 1-800-222-TIPS (8477) or the Oxford Community Police Service at (519) 421-2800.
The family has watched this video many many times and have no idea who this woman is. Victoria does not seem to be upset or forced to be walking alongside this person, but that makes it all the more confusing, and upsetting. She needs to be at home with her family.
Victoria is blond, slim build, and is 8 years old. She lives in Woodstock Ontario, about 45 minutes west of Toronto, Ontario and 30 minutes east of London Ontario. Woodstock is approximately 2 hours east of the Detroit border. Victoria was last seen wearing a black “Hannah Montana” jacket with a white fur-lined hood, a green shirt/sweater with pink lettering, a denim skirt, black leotards and black shoes.
That’s the gist of it, the police do not have much more to go on and they are imploring the public to come forward with any information they may have. As this article was being written I have come into some information concerning something heard on a police scanner that sounds like it could possibly be related to this case. I will update if anything materializes. Once again the info lines are;

This one is a real mystery, as they have video footage, but no one seems to recognise this woman although the little girl looks comfortable with her. They have found no clues, no sign of a struggle etc. Interestingly, the police seem to think she is alive, even though it has been several days now and statistics on this usually lead police to be less optimistic.
The girl was not forced. No one seemed to know the woman she went with. No one seemed to have information of her whereabouts. Certainly, this case requires public participation.
For all we know, Victoria could be down the street from one of us! Look at that beautiful little girl….remember her face, and “look at the kids you see on the street” ! You may just save a life. It seems that Victoria may be being tricked about why she is with this woman, and hopeufully not being abused, please take the time to sign the petition linked to my name! However she has already been abused by being taken from someone who has no right! I consider that to be abuse, stiffer laws for ANYONE who takes a child hopefully will be a result of this petition!
Let’s pray for a happy ending for Victoria and her family!
what is wrong with people taking others children,it is happining way to much there should be a minumum of 50+yrs just for the kidnapping alone no questions asked, hopefully this doesnt turn out like sandra cantu hopefully they find this child alive c~a i agree it is abuse taking a child and keeping them from thier family we will pray for a safe return and for her family!
Thank you for your support Stone. I’m sure my wife and I are not alone just sick of tuning into the news only to hear again, almost daily, that another child has been abducted. That is a nice unoffensive word to describe some sick monster ripped a child from his/her bed. Or while playing in the park, walking home from school, or even outside playing in your own front yard! We are told to be tolerant, that they have mental issues and need help. We have been told that for far too long. These THINGS are raping, torturing and KILLING our children! They can not be helped. They can not be cured., and yet they still release these predators back into our neighborhoods. They watch, they plan, and as sick and revolting as it sounds fantasize about what they are going to do to YOUR baby. YOUR child! And when the moment is right that sweet innocent child is GONE, and subjected to horrors that I cannot even fathom. If one more child is taken from us then it is our fault. We have not done enough. Did you tell all your friends? Did you write to the papers, radio, government? Did you put your name on the petition to stand up and say ENOUGH IS ENOUGH! We can make a difference.
I agree with the other blogger that child abductions are becoming FAR too common. I truly believe that its because we don’t have ANY deterents from these crimes. Canada is way too sympathetic to predators that commit these crimes and this is why we are seeing so much of it. This is little girl is so lovely and sweet and I just PRAY that some pedofile has not harmed her in any way. I have young children of my own and I never let them out of my sight for even a moment. Although I truly believe in my heart that Tori is Okay and will return home safely very soon. God Bless.
Why not someone suggest the parents to contact
a medium or Psychic for advise. This might help
them to solve the mystery.

I think this is a VERY sad ordeal! THE VIDEO!!!!!!!! PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE LOOK! I WISH THE PARENTS COULD READ THIS BLOG!! OR ….someone of importance! The video! is, exactly 15 seconds long, I have watched it 500 times, the woman has a significant walk! very much so! the jacket also is NOT white, it is a shade off almost a light almond color, and the facial complexion! ALSO, indeed is not a white complexion! right when she reaches the first pole if the video is paused the woman clearly has a semi dark complexion and even when paused is the color of the rusted pole ( have a look dont take my word for it! ), and her hair appears to be up in a tight pony tail with the look of tight curl. more of a mixed background, also. nothin ever mentioned about the white shoes no wheres!! i think aside from the positive I.D of the young girl Victoria! the public should entirely be concentrating on the woman in the NON puffy white coat! I think the coat is form fit, and the woman is about 130ish pounds, and also more along the height of 5.4 05 5.5 which is close to if not exactly a foot taller then little Victoria! I wish the most advertised WHITE jacket was examined more as I have done! it is not white! no way no how is it white in any way! the collar is white. it appears to be more of a lambskin/suede jacket which was a styled jacket about 2 seasons ago which would make sense, also the woman appears to be wearing a green shirt and some sort of long black sweater, the long sweater can be seen if you look at the very bottom of the jacket line . and she also is very rushed!(total if 15 exact seconds walking time in the video) as though she wants to make her move without wasting any time! theres not a doubt in my mind she isnt a relation and more of a “Hey lets go, your mommy is in danger” look close she is also possibly catchin up with Tori at the moment of 4:00 seconda in the video, and more or less passes her by 4:15 seconds as she steps over the curb at the end of the video, if you look close she appears to be reaching back to grab Victorias arm as though to say lets hurry!!and the young girl looks like she is leaning back at about 10 degrees back fall as to not wanna be taken! PLEASE take the time who ever can relate this blog to the OPP I have called crime stoppers with the feeling I was some crazy fool who knew nothin! however I have spent countless sleepless nights with concern for someone to get attention to this helpless child! LETS work together! if anyone can get this info addressed to the parents a friend of them something please do! I swear I have watched the video more then anyone !!!! even the hand in plain sight doesnt look to be that of a cacausian person either! and for Victorias sake we need to get things addressed! it falls into a trap of an initial person viewing the video, and making a setting for the public to follow with no reality of what is actually in the footage! then the words are set in stone when clearly again mentioning the jacket ISNT white! im certain someone must know the person in the video, or students would have seen her walking, getting into a vehicle, just any small bit of info to help this family out! at 3:30 pm theres many parents in vehicles kids on school busses, etc who would be in that area and seen something it is the “ONE” yes the “ONE” tip that makes all the difference and I hope it is this one<< please address the family to read this blog! !!!! if any one at home was there that day! and seen something ANYTHING, a facial description the family needs that !

notice the man in the video! what is he doing?! Has anyone tried to look for him?! he saw this woman, he would probably be very helpful. Also have you considered that this woman could be a man in disguise, or me wearing a disguise? please find her!

well personaly i think that something fishy is going on.. like the ONE day the brother, Daryn, wanted to help a disabled boy, next there is a person standing in the video like right beside them… why wouldn’t they ask that person to help them? And plus most people think that the sketch resembles like the mom? Alos in the newspaper the mom said… i am a good mom, and either one of my kids know that… but she only has one child right now so something fishy is going on… can’t wait till more information comes out about the case.
man i hope they find her even if she is dead just bring her back so she can rest in peace

I do not care what anyone thinks, I would be keeping a very close eye on the Mother and her boyfriend. Drug debts do have to be paid and where is all this money from fund raising going.Come on people open your eyes!!!!!!!!!

southmisty- Yup, I am thinking the exact same thing… Something hasn’t seemed right with the parents from the get go. But more tho, are the statements from the mom and dad.. The dad said that the woman in the video looked like a woman he went to High School with. The mother, also said something weird the other day, the mom said her daughter was kidnapped for child porn(or something to that effect) because her daughter has such good features. That just struck me as REALLY messed up for a mother to say… Something not right here…
