That was a true story, except the movie stayed away from the more grotesque aspects, the soldiers that were on board the helicopter that was shot down there were murdered, and their bodies dismembered and dragged through the streets, on national TV. This is while Clinton was President. After that happened the United States removed itself from the conflict there and it has worsened ever since. And Lee, as humans we are a long way from evolving to the level of saints, and as long as money is the driving force of our lives. It will never change.
