If I couldn't go with them, they didn't go. It was impossible to do everything that needed to be done. Not enough hours in the day. The only time my kids got away from me was when they were in school and I took them and picked them up. Now that they are parents they get it but I sure was not well liked when they were kids. Your kids are so lucky to have a mother who appreciates her children. I don't think I really appreciated mine, I was so busy trying to teach them right from wrong. When this first started my heart was breaking for the grandparents. Like the Anthony's we have a grandbaby that we have helped raise and I could not even imagine the pain they were going through. At times my daughter had jokingly made statements about how much love and attention we gave our grand-daughter. Although our daughter had married and left home, right after the baby was born, she came back. Yes she went out and multiplied. Anyway we have devoted ourselves to our grandbaby who is now a healthy and happy 14 year old young lady. Thank God. Capy no not JVM re-watching NG from last night.
