Because I was there and there was very little about the main event that was back and forth. It was like a squash match that we would see on Raw. The main event was a huge let down, and destroyed the show as a whole. Many people say that this due to the awesomeness of Taker/HBK match, but people were mildly into the triple threat match immediately following Taker/HBK, but when it came down to it, the crowd was completely dead for the main event. It was so bad that they played canned heat over the loud speakers. (this is similiar to a laugh track on a tv show, but it is the pre recorded sounds of "fans" cheering) This Wrestlemania is further proof that Vince and those that do the booking are failures and not in touch with what the fans want to see. Triple H is old news and his ego is going to be the death of the wwe. As far as I'm concerned, wrestlemania 25 was an epic fail, and 1 good match isn't enough to make up for a lackluster anti-climactic main event. With 1 anti-climactic pedigree to Orton, 72,000 fans left Reliant Stadium hoping that this really wasn't the end of the match, few stayed to "celebrate" with triple h as most of the attendees rose not to cheer but to walk to their cars. People were dissapointed, you're entitled to your opinion, and I commend you for being optimistic about it but being there in attendance it is hard to have bought tickets month in advance expecting a wrestlemania like no other, or at least one as decent as 20-24. Instead me and 72,000 others were treated to this haphazardly thrown together mania that underwhelmed most, and dissapointed many. Did we watch the same wrestlemania?
