		<description>Neither the Indian bill nor the US one are good enough. They have no new substantial developmental issues. They are simply giving excessive powers to the governments to impose their surveilance and unreasonable demands. As far as Indian bill is concerned it seems to have been withdrawn. Otherwise as well it should be withsrawn. Even if the Indian govt goes for rule making for the same, it would only make the matter worst. 

India and USA must understand that you cannot have good laws that goes against civil liberty issues. Even non sensical law making is bad. It is good only for getting a false sense of security.</description>
