Nothing in this bill about following the constitution, so the bill must have been written and passed by domestic enemies who don't obey their oath of office and don't protect or defend the constitution.

Our representatives don't represent us.

This bill is about control, abuse of power, a kill switch for dissent (and control of information) as soon as the monetary system collapses, and more domestic spying under the guise of terrorism. The only training is going to be "conditioning" people to accept the agenda. The only changes will be to tighten the screws.

Neither the Indian bill nor the US one are good enough. They have no new substantial developmental issues. They are simply giving excessive powers to the governments to impose their surveilance and unreasonable demands. As far as Indian bill is concerned it seems to have been withdrawn. Otherwise as well it should be withsrawn. Even if the Indian govt goes for rule making for the same, it would only make the matter worst.

India and USA must understand that you cannot have good laws that goes against civil liberty issues. Even non sensical law making is bad. It is good only for getting a false sense of security.
