Obama can't even put together a sentence without his teleprompter. Bush may have had trouble with the English language, but at least he didn't say "ah" and "um" a thousand times every time he opened his mouth. Every time he answers a question he meanders about spouting political psychobabble to the point where five minutes later you have no clue what the heck he is even talking about. What are you smoking?
