I agree fully with the fact that sending naked pictures of one self should not be illegal, however i also do not think that re-distributing them should also not be. If the vitom can prove that they did not willingly take or send the photo then yes the person that took it or origanly sent it should be chareged, but if someone sends a naked picture of themselves they should know that the chance it gets passed around (especially by teenage boys) is high. they wouldn't get in trouble if it was a picture of anything else someone sent to them why should nued pictures be any diffrent. thank you, Tori I am glad to see that some adult understands that teens will make mistakes.
