I think they all hated the child, except for George. I think Caylee was a constant reminder to them all of a dirty little family secrets.I think its pretty obvious why no one is stating who the real DADDY is. I think its the reason that Cindy is and was so miserable, i think its the reason that she wanted to take over as Caylee’s mother figure, yet I think she resented the fact that the child was a product of incest, I think that was the reason for Georges suicide attempt,(which I think was game for cover up),I think he is terrified that the truth will surface and I think the authorities are aware of everything and afraid of public outrage, if the truth comes out.I couldn’t believe the control Casey seemed to have over her parents, while they were visiting at the jail and how they handled her with kit gloves.There’s not a place on this planet, where George and Cindy Anthony could live with that cobbwebb, out of the closet. I could be wrong, but it would give a motive for murder.Having contempt for your own child, because of such a sin being committed, I think it would be a pretty strong motive.

Concerning my post of 9:30 a.m., on the subject of the temporary Caylee Memorial, I just wanted to ask if others have also read that LP made a bid on the property. Supposedly, he said that he’d let the neighbors decide what to do with the property if he won the bid. Imo, the neighborhood civic improvement group should get that from him in writing. That way, something positive and beatiful could be created on that spot that would serve as an appropriate and lasting memorial to Caylee, or perhaps even ALL child murder victims.

Hi Everyone! I’ve been super busy the past couple days, but I’ve enjoyed trying to catch up on all the recent posts. I have to confess, I’ve not been following the Haleigh Cummings case at all, simply due to the fact that I already feel so emotionally drained from little Caylee’s case-just can’t handle any more right now. BTW, Linda, it sounds like you grew up a country girl like myself. My best friend, Linda Humphrey and I were able to walk or ride bicycles to each other’s houses, and we lived 4+ miles apart!!! We also had the exact same escape plan as you did in case of “stranger-danger”, so it was really cool to read your post on this subject. I’m 55 yrs. old, yah those were the innocent years, weren’t they? I was also wondering if any of you guys or gals have an opinion on what should be done with the ground where Caylee’s temporary memorial was, providing that it sells at all? I do have an opinion, and of course, it’s jmo, but I think it should be made into a Caylee M. Anthony Memorial Park for Children. This way, it would bring something positve to the local residents, especially to the elementary school students directly across from the property. Any other thoughts on this?

Are you thinking of the interview at Universal?
That was the day that Maggot dragged the cops around to all those fictional places lying all the way - Sawgrass Apts where Zanny was supposed to live and Universal where she told cops she had a job. Halfway down a hall she stopped abruptly and admitted she did not work there. So the cops took her into a nearby meeting room and talked to her. It was more informal I think. They explained that it was just a conversation; she agreed to it. They gave her yet another chance to tell the truth after lying so much all day.
The only way I think it would matter at all that she did not have a lawyer is if the state wants to use what she said in court.
I really don’t think the state needs that testimony. The cops can testify to her draggng them around and telling lies.
So personally I don’t think they needed to and probably it won’t matter or be needed in court. But it’s a good point that might well become an issue to be argued between state and defense later on.

GRACE: Today, one of the Anthony family private I`s under oath answering questions. Remember, two of them show up at the spot for Caylee`s remains where found weeks before police find the remains.
Back to renowned attorney, John Morgan, he`s the attorney for the real Zenaida Fernandez-Gonzalez. One of the private I`s show up today, the other was a no-show. And you`re telling me that throughout this whole thing, nobody mentions during this time, this critical time period, nobody mentions Zenaida Gonzalez?
JOHN MORGAN, ATTORNEY FOR ALLEGED BABYSITTER; DEPOSED P.I. TODAY: That`s right, Nancy. No one from the family, not Lee, not Cindy, not George. This guy`s in the house the whole time and nobody ever mentions Zenaida Gonzalez, the person who supposedly took the child.
GRACE: So they`ve hired private I`s.
GRACE: Mr. Morgan, we`ve all read the deposition. At any point did the one private I that showed up state that he was assigned to go look for Zenaida Gonzalez?
MORGAN: No, he did not. And I — I don`t know who Sanchez is or where he works, but I got to the bottom of everything because they admitted they never looked for Zenaida Gonzalez.
They admitted that they went out directly to the spot where she was ultimately found. They admitted that they never called the police to meet them there that day. They admitted that they never called the police for days afterwards ever. I mean, they get a tip saying this is where the body is found, but they don`t call the police. It`s just.

GRACE: Wait a minute, wait a minute, wait a minute. Who gets a tip about where the body is?

MORGAN: Dominic Casey gets a tip. And he calls this other investigator Hoover, says come to my office. He comes to the office. Hoover says what`s up? He says we have found the body. I`ve got a tip, we`re going to — we have found the body. They get in the car, they go to Suburban Drive. When they get to Suburban Drive, they pull up directly in front of the spot where the body`s actually found.

This was on a Saturday. They go into the woods, they`re in there for 20 minutes, Dominic Casey`s being filmed. They don`t find the body. They come back the next day, do the same thing. But they never called the police, they never told the police, even though Dominic Casey — this is the only time that Dominic Casey ever went out physically looking for this little girl. So I don`t know who Sanchez is.

GRACE: So you`re telling me. The defense.

MORGAN: But he`s dead wrong. He needs to read the whole thing.

GRACE: Mr. Morgan, you`re telling me that under oath, the private I says the Anthony family gets a tip where Caylee`s body is and it`s right there where her body was found and they did not call police? Is that what I just heard?

MORGAN: That is what you heard. And it`s a blockbuster. And to me, I asked the investigators, did you think this was an alibi that was being set up? He said I don`t know. And so — and I said who made, who gave him the tip? He said he wouldn`t tell me. He said we just found out that the body`s there, they drove out there on November 15th and returned the next day on November 16th

SATSUMA, FL — Ronald Cummings’ defense team continues to fight back against Crystal Sheffield as the search for their missing 5-year-old daughter Haleigh continues.

Yesterday, the lawyers from Kimball & Snider, P.A., fought back against Sheffield’s allegations of child abuse.

Today, the legal team is refuting statements attributed to Ronald Cummings, Jr., Haleigh’s younger brother.

Citing an interview with Crystal and Junior conducted in early March by Craig Rivera, the lawyers say “shabby journalism” is what led to reports of ‘junior’ saying a black man came into the house the night Haleigh disappeared.

They say the statements were made by the young boy while he was in his mother’s arms, and that she coaxed his answers by putting them in her questions, and that the boy’s response was “mystification and/or passive agreement” to what he was being asked.

Specifically, the lawyers say terms used by the 4-year-old such as “squeaking shoes” and “dressed in black” are not normal language for a child of that age.

Kimball & Snider also say that they have heard speculation that Crystal Sheffield received “a substantial amount of money” from Geraldo at Large, the show for which Craig Rivera conducted the interview. They add that they

In other news in the case, Orange County Corrections officials said Tuesday that they have no plans to allow an in-person visit involving Casey Anthony, her parents and her brother.

On Monday, a source with direct knowledge of what was going on said the in-person visit was going to happen under the supervision of corrections staff and Jose Baez, Casey Anthony’s attorney.

In a written statement released Tuesday, a corrections spokesman said they plan to give Casey “no special treatment” and they have no plans to allow an in-person family visit for her.

Capy, I’ll share my ‘when loved ones get older story’, my grandma is 86 & loves the casino, no she LOVES it. Lives over an hour so she knows I’ll make the day of it when she has a dr appt. She’ll call & say ‘I have a dr appt at 1 tommorrow can you take me’, sure, she’s pulled this now several times. Get there, hurry to the dr & lo & behold no appt, lol, she acts all mad at the dr, so guess where she wants to go then She knows you can’t get mad at her, she gets her way.
Anna I feel for you w/ the smoking, I’ve quit several times but I can take it or leave it, I refuse for anything to own me. I don’t think about it when I want to quit, the more I pressure myself the worse I do. It’s like going on a diet & wanting ice cream, I never want it otherwise.

Spacely….exactly, so what could be Bozo’s reason for doing these depo’s? I heard he wants to get an idea of what they’ll say at trial? Uh…what they say in the depo WILL be what they say at trial…hello? Did this guy finish law school? I just don’t get why he is doing this? Is he TRYING to lose? Not that he can possibly win but at least make it LOOK like you’re trying to win the case for pete’s sake!

I think Jose is in for a shock because he cannot control what they say during the depo. He thinks they are going to say roughly what they did in their police interviews. But at that time, they did not know Caylee was brutally murdered or that she was in the fav childhood pet cemetary or all the details of the car and CnG had not totally gone off the deep end with Lee screaming CMA.

Her former friends are going to be ticked off big time…they are going to ramble on about their personal theories - all of which will be M did it theories…and all of it will be evidence in court…well thought out statements with theories worked out over the last many months…not spur of the moment oh my god I can’t believe we are talking about my good friend comments and thoughts…these are people who have turned over in their own minds everything M ever said to them and all the stuff they have lost since they have known her and all the funny coincidences during their time together and every lie repeated to another friend…

I am hoping that the prosecution submits the affidavit that M signed saying there are no rights signed over to Jose. On the bottom, she wrote that crazy remark about the prosecutors being mad about her turning down a plea deal. So, they submit that along with evidence they never verbally or in writing offered a plea deal and because she won’t take the stand and Jose can’t take the stand cause he is the defense atty, bang-pow-wow - documentation of lying…on a sworn statement…that cannot be thrown out because it is now part of the case…hehehehehehehehe

Hey Capy - just read that… WTF? I saw on NG that he’s doing depo’s with Amy and that gal from Maggot’s childhood…what is he up to? He’s doing sumpin sneaky but I don’t know what it is. Is he going for the Maggot is nuts defense? Why does he need a private meeting with the judge? Can’t he figure out a defense on his own? Does he need the judge to help him think of one? I don’t get it! Any ideas as to what he’s doing?

jules - the photos should be blown up to at least 8″ x 10″ full color and shoved in Sindee’s face. That “release” would be fine with me. But just that.

Watch-hosebag will figure a way to leak it and blame it on the prosecution. I hope he gets caught one of these times. I wonder what the penalty would be?

Hey All - been really busy so just stopping by for a minute to catch up. So both Geo and Sindee think the other one through Maggot under the bus… too bad neither one did for real!

Sad about this little 8 yo girl out in Cali missing now. Seems like every day there is another child missing. We may be bloggin’ on here about missing kids until the day we all die because there’s a never ending supply of cases! TRULY SAD!

I’m not buying the Crystal seizure thing. This custody fight has blown up in her face along with all her false accusations and she’s looking for sympathy. I sure hope we get more info on the Haleigh case soon. Seems like there hasn’t been any new news in forever.

I guess the pics of the duct tape over Caylees mouth were released to Bozo this week. I read an article that said they weren’t sure when they would be released to the public. I DON’T FLIPPIN’ THINK THEY NEED TO BE RELEASED TO THE PUBLIC! I don’t WANT to see duct tape across the skull of that dead baby! I’d have nightmares for the rest of my days! SURELY, they won’t release that! You think? Ugh!

So have I missed anything exciting other than chattin’ with my wonderful bloggin’ buds!?

I’m just a little worried if he is not going to continue with this case all the way thru that is it possible another judge will come in and overturn some of these decisions or the results of Bozo’s previous motions? EEK!
