That being said, the Constitution does afford ALL OF US the right to trial, before an impartial judge and a jury of our peers. No matter how strongly we feel about this case and no matter how much we feel Jose Baez is a "dirt bag", as he is being called, he is just doing his job. Looking at the trial on HSN and hearing and seeing the evidence presented thus far, I think she will be convicted. I believe justice will be served and that is all any of us can hope for. Personally, I believe Casey Anthony is guilty, beyond a reasonable doubt. Etc: If the state claims that caylee was killed on the 16th but M tells Bozo that it was the night before in the trunk. Another wrench in the stated theory.

Etc: If the state claims the body was dumped on the 18th but M tell Bozo it was the 24th again another wrench.

How does the state prove her guilt if she is the only one who knows the truth?

I don't think a lawyer could represent M with the magnitude of circumstancial evidence reflecting the lies that she told in this case without having some truth to base a defense on. M may not have came out and told BOzo in the begining, but I guarantee by now he know what happen to Caylee and how it all happen. He has to in order for him to contradict the state evidence. She deserves to know her fate sooner. She needs to know and adjust to the fact that she is going to be where she is for a long time. And we all need to be able to put little Caylee to rest once and for all and to give her peace. The trial is expected to last for a month and I have a feeling Bozo is going to suffer. That is a very long time to keep up his so called surprise. It will fall to the other legal heads in the case to form a defense for IT. His showtime funnies tell me he is a showman, not an effective attorney. It appears each time we see him that he is out for fame, not for justice for anyone. His actions are questionable on each subject he approaches. He whines, he shows off and is totally insulting. Except to his "innocent" client and he does somewhat show off for her. I still feel he has done something underhanded with the funds to pay for this defense team. No idea what was said in chambers with the judge but I would be hard pressed to believe one word from either his mouth or that of Casey. I feel the judge just may have wanted to hear what they would come up with, I am sure he is aware of Baez's antics, he has been witness to lots of them lately. He said he was tired of it, well, so are all of us so maybe some of this nonsense can stop now. I can agree with prosecutions side, they are fed up with him also. Maybe, just maybe the ex-client has grounds against Baez and it will dampen his fame a bit, sure hope so. I agree with Simon, he must have sold his soul to the devil in the beginning to become what he is now. Nothing like a crooked lawyer to make a trial interesting and I look forward to seeing the prosecution hit him with both barrels and tear him to shreds.
