Further the whole idea of adjudicators in india is absurd and fraud. How can u ecpect fairness from bureaucrats and govt officials? There is no need for more facilities rather proper persons must be appointed as adjudicators who have both knowledge as well as capability to meet the objective. It seems the recent amendment to the IT Act, 2000 has beem either withdrawn or kept in deep freezer. May be for a new amendment and good law.
