On the Padilla/property interest.. I hope he does NOT talk the seller into letting him get the land. No matter what he does, it will be self-serving, no matter what he is saying right now.

He has proven to be an attention whore and I don’t think has it in him to not make it an “attraction”.

Unless the county/state bought the land, it really isn’t practical to make it a playground. That comes with all sorts of responsibility and insurance coverage, etc.

If someone would just buy it (or the owner do it?) and just level it with benches and trees, wouldn’t that be tranquil and let people sit and maybe give a thought to little Caylee and any other children who live in harms’ way. I still like the idea of some sculptures depicting playing children scattered here and there.

If it stays privately owned without a home, the owner has to keep it maintained, etc. In our economic time right now, I’m not sure how many people are willing to part with money for an investment that won’t return a profit.

Even if a home is built there, it will hold a family who enjoy life and care for the home.

Hopefully, some day that land will be a happy place, rather than a goulish attraction to where a child’s body was tossed by her own mother.

But, PLEASE.. no Padillas or Cobras!

Beth…when I was about 10 we had a tornado take out about 8 trees in our yard and plant them on our house! We’re talking 100 year old oaks! It was VERY frightening and I’ve NEVER heard anything like it!

Yeah, I was at Downstream this weekend….that’s exactly where my money went too…downstream….and I haven’t seen it since….gotsta stay away from that place! Those one-armed bandits will getcha!

Yes looks like typical OK spring here, cloudly & sprinkles but not stormy yet. I lived south of Tulsa for 30 yrs roughly & the tornados got closer to us there, use to watch them roll in but we lived close to the Ark river & they pull to the river when they get close u know. We moved her 5 yrs ago & the neighbors say tornados don’t pass thru, right on the lake.
I was working at Bordertown when they came thru Joplin in ‘05, got off work & were told not to leave, me & another gal were just trying to get to the machines to play!

Beth…we think LE found the missing pages in their last search of the Anthouse….back when Geo and Sindee were flying back from Cali and ended up spending the night at the Ritz. There has been specific info leaked about what is contained in the missing pages. If it’s true, Maggot is toast! There aren’t enough Bozo’s on the planet to get her out of this.

I didn’t intent this to be a blog effort at all.

I said that I admired the people who emailed the judge letting him know the Ants had gone to Putnam County to involve themselves in the Haleigh disappearance at the same time they were claiming they weren’t up to being deposed in the ZFG law suit. It’s that kind of individual imaginative thing that some of us (who want to) can do at opportune times in the future!

Don’t have to have a web site either. Just be aware of what the ants are doing and be prepared with facts, opinions, whatever to discourage them from some things and discourage other people from letting them get away with stuff.

Spacely, that is correct. I search Google News alot and BNN is mentioned. If Jan, Simon or Stone will continue to keep an article on Caylee, this story will stay fresh until the trial.

And, Haleigh too, of course.

There are a lot of people who do not keep up on Caylee or Haleigh. I talk to my neighbors and I get a blank look when I mention some bombshell I have heard.

Papa - well said! Thank you for looking for our precious little Caylee and for giving people time off with pay to help search! Too bad there aren’t more people out there like you!

And I agree with you, I love my son more than anything but if he committed a crime, especially murder, he would have to face the consequences and I would NOT cover for him. I would still love him but I would not cover for him.

I do think we do good work on this blog. When you search Google News for Caylee Anthony or Haleigh Cummings, this blog is one of the first that pops up (depending on the date of the last entry, so keep ‘em coming Jan and Stone).

To me, this means that everywhere in North America, when you search on America’s largest search engine, you find this blog, so you probably read it.

I think even NG is reading us because I notice she picks stuff up about a day after us, like the slip up from the doc about chloroform in the hair.

Just my opinion, but I think we have a wide readership of which we are not fully aware.

I do always wonder about the numbers that show up for the number of times the article has been read…Pickles do you know if every time we refresh, it counts us again as readers?

L&L Papa… I understand how you feel… I feel the same way and I didn’t even beat the bushes like you did. I am sure your passion for this topic is a lot stronger than mine. I honestly think that the “Foundation” will never take off… If KC is found guilty…it will ruin the contributions to the Foundation…and if she is found innocent…it will ruin the contributions to the Foundation. They can’t provide anything to the cause of missing children… Oh sure a few people think the Ants are okay…and some money may trickle in…but not enough to sustain a foundation and allow the Ants the opportunity to never work again. I think they are screwed no matter which way it turns out because how they have positioned themselves… They never took the side of Cayleee…they backed the other horse…
