I had my CC stolen, my close friend was the one who did it. I made the report to police and the CC company. THe CC company reinburst the whole amount that was stolen but she never faced any charges for it. So whats the lession learned? I still see her around town and she talks to me like nothing ever happen. So what the answer. IMO Don't spend on borrowed money. THe problem with ID theft is that the law does nothing about it.
