I left this morning to get my car washed, stopped at Wendy’s (no pubes in the sandwich), did errands and then came back in here to find out about happy goats, missing kid with a lamb, diary entries, mysterious van, static cling, etc. fun! But I really hope Caylee didn’t suffer a gruesome death.

I have my boy in my lap now just being sweet and had to give him an extra big hug and kiss.. I couldn’t imagine

OH lord if that is what is written in that journal entry that is so deserving of DP. That is flat out premeditated murder!

Our information from this story came from three sources, two of whom are accurately described as being “internally close to the case” and one of whom we provide details for - a cable news legal consultant - in the story itself. One close-to-the-case source requested anonymity, but any serious journalist would consider this person to be both “connected” and reliable. The other source spoke to us “for background” only, meaning this source confirmed information and gave additional information that we agreed not to publish, but simply to use in establishing lines of questioning in interviews with other sources, including officials and their spokesmen, and to verify what the first source was telling us. Well, it is all written, this evil escalating, weather catastrophys, etc. I don’t know if we will see it in our lifetime.

But, it is something to consider, unless someone has a better explanation of this evil going on. A conspiracy theory? It’s in the water?

Alleged baby killer Casey Anthony kept a gruesome “paint by numbers” diary describing how, when and where she murdered her 2-year-old daughter Caylee, says a source who claims prosecutors will enter the 14-page, hand-written journal into evidence at Anthony’s trial for murder.

“… the little snot … I’ll fix her …” the diary is alleged to say in part.

“First, a little cloroform (sp) and then (illegible). She won’t know. She’ll be a lot better off …”

Authorities declined to comment on the source’s report, but they did say that “anything pertinent to the case will be presented” as evidence in court.

Friends of Anthony, 23, are on record as having told Orange County, Florida, sheriff’s investigators and reporters that she had spoken of a journal prior to her arrest for murder last fall.

But, until now, nobody had ever suggested that such a document had been found.

A blow-by-blow account of murder, in a defendant’s own handwriting, would be damning, say legal observers, especially if, as claimed by the source, the journal was written in advance of the killing.

“That’s premeditated murder in the first degree, and that puts the death penalty on the table,” explained a legal expert who contributes regularly to a cable news show and, by contract, must remain anonymous in non-cable reports.

“I hope to God the diary is legit,” the expert continued. “If Casey Anthony is guilty, I don’t want any ambiguity in the courtroom. Her family deserves closure. The stronger the evidence, the better for everyone involved.”

Anthony was arrested and charged with the murder of her daughter, Caylee, after the little girl went missing last June. Her skeletonized remains were discovered just weeks ago.

Coincidentally, earlier this week, a psychic claimed to have ” seen in a vision” Anthony murder baby Caylee with bug killer and chloroform.

The source who leaked information about Anthony’s alleged ”murder diary” says authorities believe the illegible diary entry following the misspelled word “cloroform” in the excerpt reprinted above is, in fact, “pesticide”, which is, of course, bug killer.

SATSUMA, Fla. — There’s a new investigator on the Haleigh Cummings case. He calls himself Cobra. He’s a private investigator from Fort Lauderdale, who is in Satsuma at Haleigh’s mother’s request.

“In 30 years, I’ve caught over 8000 fugitives, 199 child molesters, 2 murderers, and one terrorist,” says Cobra. Now his focus is on Haleigh. Thursday, he joined police in their thorough but fruitless ground search. And now, he’s sorting through tips, trying to figure out what is fact and what is fiction.

Cobra says, “You heard the rumors, that drugs dealers got her. Drug dealers sell drugs. But there is a rumor that there are folks around that sell babies, and sell folks. I’m very familiar with that trade.”

He couldn’t talk about any specific leads he’s working. But he says one thing is for sure, we can expect a break in Haleigh’s case very soon.

Cobra says he’s investigating the case free of charge. And he says he will stay in Putnam County until he’s confident the case is closed.

He said he expected a break in the case very soon.

Captain Dick Schauland with the Putnam County Sheriff’s Office said the technicians at the FDLE lab did not find any information on the van that is linked to the Haliegh Cummings’ case.

But if they wrapped Haleigh in the blanket and disposed of her body immediately, there wouldn’t be anything there for forensics

… that Ron’s account of the night vs. Misty’s confusing account??

what happened: that Haleigh stayed in the van asleep while the cousin made another run- after dropping Misty & JR back at the house??
still free: haven’t gotten any concrete proof cuz no one is talking about what really happened??
return van: nothing happened inside the van, no decomp as in M’s car?? Haleighs DNA would be expected in the van as she had no doubt been in before??
Misty & Ron know imo & wont talk for fear of drug charges that could lead to being arrested & losing JR??

The Palatka-based law firm Kimball and Snider, P.A. released a statement this afternoon saying it will be representing Ronald Cummings, 25, on a pro bono basis. The firm will coordinate Cummings’ public appearances and will also represent Cummings in a possible custody battle over Haleigh’s younger brother, Ronald Cummings Jr., 4, between Cummings and the children’s mother, Crystal Sheffield, 23.

“The mother was previously denied custody in court and allegations of abuse against Ronald were judicially dismissed,” the firm said in the statement, adding that Cummings considered the abuse allegations a “cheap shot and publicity stunt that detracts from the search for Haleigh.”

The firm will not be representing Cummings’ 17-year-old wife, Misty Croslin. Croslin was the last person to see Haleigh, who disappeared from the home Croslin shared with Cummings and his children late Feb. 9 or early Feb. 10. She and Cummings married on March 12.

I, too, am positive that the reason they hesitated to call LE was drugs.

But what happened to her that she never made it back home? Why is the cousin still free? Why did they return the van? If you notice in the Caylee case, the Sunfire has never been returned, it is still evidence. That leads me to believe the cops think the van is meaningless…but I don’t really know.

But last night, with the help of her atty, she seemed to actually communicate what she had been trying to say for the past 6 weeks, that she was extremely young when she and Ron got together, that he kept her pumped full of drugs, that she was never thinking clearly, that she left out of fear, that she let Ron have the kids because he took them one day and never brought them back and she totally flaked out on the court dates and such.

I can see where she is coming from on this…she is still very young…she has made a lot of bad decisions…she is just now getting to a position to care for the kids…

I don’t know…I think she might be better for the kids now than Ron…but I don’t know…

She was tough with NG last night. NG started up with the screaming and pushiness and this woman stood right up to her and let NG know that she knew about the law, too.

Not saying I believe Crystal or that bringing in an atty at this time is the right move, but I do think this is a good one that will have Ron and Misty doing some dances in court.
