If someone has a fundamental religious belief that they are going to lose their soul if certain information is used in a certain way then we shouldn't invent laws that require them to contradict their belief. You know what I'm talking about, that pesky amendment thing, separation of church and state. Gee, if we could only get rid of that one, then we wouldn't have ANY problems.
