I do think she does have them - her back up plans to use if Plan “A” fails. IT has Plan “B”, Plan “C”, Plan “D”, and maybe more. After all it LOVES living in that MAD BRAIN of hers, creating, thinking, planning how she can ‘GET OVER’ on everyone, and see her POWER working, etc. Such fun eh? See, IT wouldn’t have TIME to work!! Too busy getting over on EVERYONE, including G, C and Lee, always.

She didn’t just start this stuff. This is a real expert, who probably has been honing these skills for years.

One Detective even mentioned it when talking about being in Universal, with CMA in the lead, taking them to her office. How she walked ahead of them with “determination” to “her office”. Of course, she was trying to seduce them with her infamous “butt action”. (Funny thing for him to even mention…).

Then there was the hearing she was dragged into court by judge strickland…again…prison jumpsuit and shackled…

Now the last two court hearings she has entered the court room in the the bad grey business suit and the botox bun…and most recently…sky blue blouse …both the most recent court apperances she was in civilian clothing and not shackled…

What has changed where now she is able to ditch her prison garb and shackles for dress clothes and walking freely without restraints?

When most people hear about the insanity defense, they automatically assume that it can be used applied to people commonly referred to as psychopaths and sociopaths.

Antisocial personality disorder is characterized by pervasive pattern of disregard for, and violation of, the rights of others occurring since age 18, as indicated by three (or more) of the following: (1) failure to conform to social norms with respect to lawful behaviors as indicated by repeatedly performing acts that are grounds for arrest; (2) deceitfulness, as indicated by repeated lying, use of aliases, or conning others for personal profit or pleasure; (3) impulsivity or failure to plan ahead; (4) irritability and aggressiveness, as indicated by repeated physical fights or assaults; (5) reckless disregard for safety of self or others; (6) consistent irresponsibility, as indicated by repeated failure to sustain consistent work behavior or to honor financial obligations; (7) lack of remorse, as indicated by being indifferent to, or rationalizing, having hurt, mistreated, or stolen from another.

However it is defined, many in the legal community doubt whether the insanity defense covers this kind of behavior at all. The ALI’s Model Penal Code test of insanity states that “the terms mental disease or defect do not include an abnormality that is manifested only by repeated criminal or otherwise antisocial conduct.” In other words, the criteria laid down by the DSMIV for antisocial personality disorder would not allow for a claim of insanity under the Model Penal Code, the most widely used insanity test, or in other insanity tests used by states. Thus, sociopaths and psychopaths, while perceived as insane by most people, could likely not use the insanity defense as a defense in a court of law.

For this reason, most celebrated serial killers such as John Wayne Gacy and Ted Bundy, as well as persons whose mental stability seems to be of a questionable nature, such as Ted Kaczynski, have seen their insanity pleas fail or have never used the defense. In fact, in recent years, only Hinckley and Bobbitt are among celebrated cases who have used the defense successfully. For criminals with antisocial personality disorder, the insanity plea simply does not apply.

Sleep deprivation can have serious effects on your health in the form of physical and mental impairments. Inadequate rest impairs our ability to think, to handle stress, to maintain a healthy immune system and to moderate our emotions.

First degree Murder:
In most states, first-degree murder is defined as an unlawful killing that is both willful and premeditated, meaning that it was committed after planning or “lying in wait” for the victim.

Second Degree Murder:
Second-degree murder is ordinarily defined as 1) an intentional killing that is not premeditated or planned, nor committed in a reasonable “heat of passion” or 2) a killing caused by dangerous conduct and the offender’s obvious lack of concern for human life. Second-degree murder may best be viewed as the middle ground between first-degree murder and voluntary manslaughter.

Voluntary manslaughter:
Voluntary manslaughter is commonly defined as an intentional killing in which the offender had no prior intent to kill, such as a killing that occurs in the “heat of passion.” The circumstances leading to the killing must be the kind that would cause a reasonable person to become emotionally or mentally disturbed; otherwise, the killing may be charged as a first-degree or second-degree murder.

Criminal Insanity:
A mental defect or disease that makes it impossible for a person to understand the wrongfulness of his acts or, even if he understands them, to distinguish right from wrong. Defendants who are criminally insane cannot be convicted of a crime, since criminal conduct involves the conscious intent to do wrong — a choice that the criminally insane cannot meaningfully make.

WKMG explored why Casey had given law enforcement a wild chase Oct. 14 before she was taken into custody. She said she wasn’t trying to run away but avoid the media, WKMG reported.

WFTV’s Kathi Belich said Anthony joked with law enforcement about the chase. “They caught up with her that day, but she told them they’d never really catch her,” Belich said.

WESH-Channel 2 noted that Casey Anthony’s cell phone records reveal that she didn’t try to look for Zenaida Gonzalez. Casey had said she tried to find alleged babysitter Zenaida after the toddler vanished.

WFTV’s Belich examined strange images from Casey’s Photobucket.com account and her “darkly ominous thoughts shortly after Caylee’s disappearance.” Those images included kissing skulls and a Caylee photo decorated with a heart similar to one that had been stuck to duct tape found with the toddler’s remains.

WESH’s Amanda Ober explained tensions in the Anthony family: Private eye James Hoover said George Anthony confided about troubles in his marriage on the day Caylee’s remains were found. George wasn’t happy about the intimacy between wife Cindy Anthony and private investigator Dominic Casey. Hoover said the two held hands in front of George.

WFTV’s Jeff Deal focused on “one of the more bizarre things we found”: Hoover’s remark that Dominic Casey told him that Casey Anthony and attorney Baez shared red licorice — at the jail — like the lovelorn dogs sharing spaghetti in “Lady and the Tramp.” Will you be able to look at that Disney classic in the same way?

Deal had other interesting nuggets from Hoover: In the hours that Dominic Casey spent with Casey Anthony at the jail, she never mentioned her child. Cindy Anthony was so angry that a person left a cross on the family lawn that she took it to the back yard and beat it with a baseball bat.

Ober also explained that investigators went to Miami to check a tip that Casey was in a prostitution ring and had left Caylee with a hooker. Nothing came of that information.
