Friday morning the police was called out to an apartment complex in the city’s east side in Kansas City around 9:15 am. When they arrived they found a 27 year old woman’s body. They are treating the case as a possible homicide.

An Amber Alert was issued after doing some investigation in the case they found that the woman’s 4 year old daughter, Allyson Corrales was missing. Police seem to think the child’s biological father, 31 year old Luis F. Corrales has taken the child. They say the man is now a person of interest in the case.

They report the family car as missing which has Missouri license plate PB1 R3R. It is a red 1999 Kia Sportage. Apparently Luis Corrales’ car was towed away from the parking lot there at the apartment complex yesterday afternoon.

After more investigation police found that there had been an order of protection filed against Luis Corrales in November and then in December Corrales was ordered to make monthly child support payments to his wife who was reported missing by her brother when he called the police after not talking to her since Wednesday night.

Luis Coralles has been described as 31 years old, Hispanic 5 ft. 5 inches tall, 150 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes. He is believed to be heading to the Houston area where he has family.

Allyson Corrales is described to be 4 years old, Hispanic that is about 3 ft 8 in tall, 40 lbs and she has brown hair and brown eyes.
