Monday morning Jose Baez argued in court that photos that were added to his client’s photobucket account online should not be released to the public saying if they were released it would be embarrassing to the Anthony family. Well in my opinion if they aren’t too embarrassed to stand by their daughter after all of this then how can anything else involving this case could embarrass them. The judge ruled against Baez in this case and ordered that the photos can be released.
Thursday more than 1100 pages of documents were released and some of the images released included pictures of skulls and even a drawing of two skulls locked in an embrace. One of the photo’s I found to be a bit disturbing though was one of little Caylee with a heart shaped sticker attached to it similar to the heart that was found on the duct tape that was around little Caylee’s mouth on her skull that was found along with her remains on December 11, 2008 less than a mile from the Anthony’s home. What was left of her little body was found inside a laundry bag that was put inside a garbage bag and she was thrown in the woods like trash.
The transcript of an interview with Anthony Lazzaro, a former boyfriend of Casey Anthony’s, was also included in the documents released Thursday. He said in the interview that a few days after Caylee Anthony was last seen he woke up in the middle of the night and found Casey sitting on the side of the bed with her laptop watching a video of Caylee and she was crying. He said it was like she was crying without any tears. He claims it wasn’t like she cried before when he was going to break up with her though.
When asked for a comment on the newly released documents, Jose Baez said, “We are going to reserve comment on discovery releases until those time when the discovery is of some importance to the real evidence in this case.” In other words it sounds like that can be translated as him saying he doesn’t know what the hell to say about it.
The private detective that followed Dominic Casey around with a video camera as they were searching the crime area before it was known as the crime area also has an interview included in the documents released Thursday. James Hoover gave the investigators a detailed report about what went on at the Ritz Hotel with the Anthony’s and Jose Baez, and Dominic Casey, himself and two people from ABC Network. He claims that ABC picked up the bill for appetizers and their steak dinners that night. Nice way to spend the night after just learning that it is very likely that the remains of your only grandchild were found dumped in the woods like a bag of garbage. I wonder how they could eat at all. I would need a sedative to knock me out completely if I had just found out what they did that day.
I have to admit these people do act different from anyone else that I know. They seem to act like it is more important to be in the public eye themselves than it is for justice to be served here for the murder of their little granddaughter. It seems that dollar signs are in their eyes and nothing else except for them claiming that their daughter is innocent. I say if she is so innocent, prove it now. Why wait until the case goes to trial in October.
Word is that the defense could be planning to make this look like it was an accident. If that is the case then she is still just as guilty after covering it up all this time. There is no excuse for her allowing that child to be lying in the woods, where it was subject to the rain and storms and rising waters not to mention all the animals that could have fed on her. She probably thought no one would ever find Caylee and if they did she was counting on nothing to be left of her to identify. Perhaps that is the reason for her reaction on the video when she was told about a child’s skull being found in those particular woods even though it hadn’t been positively identified as Caylee yet.
I hope the prosecution has a strong enough case here to find Casey Anthony guilty of first degree murder so she can be thrown in jail for the rest of her life without ever having a chance of getting out on parole. She doesn’t deserve her freedom. Caylee didn’t ask to leave this world but she had no choice. She was deprived a long life here on this earth so her murderer should not be free to enjoy her life anymore either.

On Friday, Zenaida Gonzalez’s attorney filed a motion with the court asking that Anthony be required to answer their questions. In an earlier deposition, Morgan and Morgan attorneys prepared written questions but Casey only answered one: her name. A hearing has been set for March 18.
FOX 35 also learned on Friday that Deputy Richard Kane, who responded to Orange County meter reader Roy Kronk’s 911 phone calls regarding a bag found in the woods in August, will be deposed by the State Attorney’s office on March 13.
and there is still the sind and gee depo to be heard within 20 days or so as well as the hearing next week on the suicide note and gawd something else…It’s all starting to happen fast..all we need is the damn joose!
Also on Friday, an affidavit concerning DNA reports and procedures was also filed by Dr. Larry Kobilinsky, an expert for the defense.

Hopefully the beef is in the laundry and 2 garbage bags. No evidence has been released (just itemized contents). We do not know if the syringe/gatorade bottle was connected to M. Not to mention any prints or other forensics.

Capy…last I heard about the forensic part of this is that the defense was asking the state for information, records and basically proof of how they came to their findings. So my guess is that’s what the hold up is. Until the defenses questions are answered forensic doc’s are on hold.

“EVERY KID GETS A TROPHY”
What he meant was everyone is sooo worried that what the kid will feel if he loses or what parent will flip out on behalf of their kid losing that he still gets a trophy to keep him happy and to never feel badly how we might have as a child if we didnt win.
So basically society has LOWERED THE BAR for these kids and no matter what they do, they will still be deserving a a trophy. THE SAME trophy the kid who won and worked hard to win. THAT IS BULL$&^….My dad would of been like, work hard and you will get that trophy!

I think Casey encouraged someone to shoot the video for this very purpose…to show what a loving mom she was. She certainly planned everything else for months ahead of the murder.

Like I said numerous times, Jose Baez needs a lunch can. His continued effort to prove his client’s innocense is repulsive. I say turn her over in the regular part of the jail and let the inmates confront her. As far as people sending her money also sickens me. Give that money to families that are looking for their children who have been abducted. I believe there is too much evidence against her that any juror can think she is innocent. I feel the death penalty should be put back on the table, what she did was cruel and inhuman and she needs to pay for her action. Regarding the videos inside of Hagleigh’s home, there is no way someone could take the baby out of that bedroom unless Misty was passed out on drugs or she was not home. Also, whoever took her must have known the layout of that home to know where the little girl was.Too many conflicting stories regarding sleeping arrangements. I really do not think that you can go to the bathroom and not notice the child was not in the other bed right away. The beds are only 3-4′ apart.
I also agree about the beating Brown gave to the girlfriend! judging by the severity of it,it was not the first time! It will definitely escalate now that she went to the police. There will be a brief period when he will be the BEST and KINDEST boyfriend on the planet, but it will not last long. He will now have learned to be a better abuser, she is a fool for going back to him. I pray that she will not end up as another statistic! In most cases the woman does not leave until she has been beaten at least 15 times, Let us hope she survives.
Forgive me if this already has been a point of discussion that I missed. How does defense intend to prove the Nanny story…wouldn’t Nanny’s DNA be on all the items that had touched Caylee? Her clothing, carseat, toys, backpack?

And, since it was his arena (the Courts), I would have had to hire a lawyer for each and every ROAD BLOCK he said he would find and throw up! I would have to hire a lawyer to contest these things. He didn’t care if he WON or LOST, my having to spend that money would have made him a WINNER! Regardless. I got no “Support” either, during that time. Didn’t have money anyhow to fight.

Forgive me for getting off topic for a minute, something was really on my mind last night after NG’s tour of the Cummings home.
I have come up with a dozen different scenerios. First off, do you realize how hard it would be to pick up a sleeping child from a mattress on the floor? You would really have to bend at the knees, stick your butt way out and try to gracefully stand up so you didn’t make any noise. This would take someone mighty strong.
Or, you could wake the child up, cover her mouth, and make her stand. How to carry her with both arms and keep her mouth shut? Threaten her … a child just woke up wouldn’t be coherent enough to understand.
I don’t think Misty was even in the house. A lot of activity going on — propping doors open, picking up child, going back outside when the inside door would shut by itself (rather silently though).
The whole thing sticks. Ok, she was either in on it or not home. She would have to stay in the bathroom a long time not to hear something (and isn’t it convenient for the kidnapper that the minute he comes for Haleigh — Misty has to go tinkle)

I thought the same thing about that mattress being on the floor. I think that Crystal and her family were told that the kids were being left alone. And when Missy was out they made their move to take both children, but ran out of time. They probably came in, turned on the lights, had time to change Haleigh’s clothes and take her out to the car or boat…and saw Misty coming up the road and couldn’t go back for Jr.

I was up early no one would talk to me so i went back to bed, only to wake up with this on my mind,
(secret code)–03-months and timer 55 and heres where my thoughts lead me! casey and leeness said this was a code and it was about when zanny would give caylee back.
They are lying, i think its a code for when caylees decomposed body would be sketetalized! caylee went missing july-16 to aug- 16=1 month aug 16-sept-16 =2 months sept -16 oct-16= 3 months oct -16 to nov 16=4 months nov-16 to dec -16=5 months, caylee’s body was found dec- 11- 5 days remaining.
I think she had a time line she knew when caylee’s body would be sketetalized no soft tissue no flesh! She would have had to researched this or had leeness to, he was in on this code! Dr.Pupier, said on NG show if they do not find body there will be no soft tissue or flesh left.3-months and up to 55 days for this process. This could be the reason she acted like she did when the body was found, she might have been worried something was still there!( secret code )and if this is true leeness is in on it and they were talking about it! They all new something when the detectives went back there, she told leeness and this is where sindee georgie and the detectives come in.
And this is why she didn’t get upset about little econ,she knew the body was not there!!! 3-months and timer-55, thats 3 months and up to 55 days!
