On Site - Skyscrapers

I love tall buildings.  Our simian heritage didn’t prepare us well for great heights, but some of us still love them and something up there will always draw our eye.  In the city where I live, there are no skyscrapers and the tallest building is maybe fifteen stories.  But there’s one fairly tall building built on the hill in the middle of town and you can see if from all over.  It’s especially nice to see at night rising above the rest of the surrounding areas.  Now there’s a new movie out about those skyscrapers which captivate us and it’s ready on DVD now!

Starting this March 17th, now available on DVD from Lionsgate Productions and HIT Entertainment comes a movie about real life tall building and our favorite builder of all time!  Bob The Builder – On Site – Skyscrapers is ready to drill right out of your television screen and construct a world of fantastic equipment and educational opportunities.  Bring home this great look at super tall buildings!

Bob and his Can-Do Crew (Dizzy, Roley, Lofty, Tumbler, Flex and the rest) are back and greater than ever in this adventure which has never been seen on television before!  This time, they are learning how to build a skyscraper.  They run around with architects and construction workers and see it go up from the pouring of the foundation to putting the very top of the building on.  The elevator system goes in and it’s all ready.  This movie cuts between great live action footage of the construction itself and Bob and his Crew building their own skyscraper.

The special features included on this DVD are a puzzle you put together on the television screen, a great trivia game and a bonus episode of Roary The Racing Car, “Big Chris Learns To Fly,” the new series from the creators of Bob The Builder.

I thought this movie was completely fantastic.  I was enraptured by this film and thought it was one of the most fascinating and educational shows I have watched in a long time.  And half of the time it was the claymation Bob and his Can-Do Crew and it was still magnificent.  So if I enjoyed this movie so much, then I’m sure all the children who see it will absolutely fall in love.  They will all want to be architects or work in construction after this.  Bring this movie home and give brand-new heights to your children’s dreams.
