Lawyers for Zenaida Gonzalez aren’t satisfied with Casey Anthony’s refusal to answer questions in her defamation case.

Today, they filed a request for Orange Circuit Court Judge Jose R. Rodriguez to force the 22-year-old to answer. Anthony invoked her 5th Amendment Right to remain silent in nearly all of the 29 questions.

She did answer one: Her name.

In today’s motion, Gonzalez’s attorney Keith Mitnik stated that Anthony and her attorneys have stated in the past that his client is not the Zenaida Fernandez-Gonzalez who took Caylee.

“Under the circumstance, there cannot be a good faith basis for refusing to answer the question – Is the lady in the attached picture (picture of plaintiff) the Zenaida Gonzalez you say kidnapped Caylee?” Mitnik wrote.

No hearing has been set yet.

My question for Jose is if this video of M playing with Caylee is admissible and relevant to the case as a means to demonstrate that M was a good mother, why are the porno pics of M not admissible? The video and some of the pics are from the same time period. Heck, if you looked close enough, you might even find embarrassing pics from the same day.

This video was prior to the death of Caylee, so according to Jose’s relevancy protocols, this should never have been released to the public.

Baez argued in court on Monday that by releasing the videotape, the prosecution is attempting to harass and embarrass his client.

During Monday’s hearing, the state’s attorneys said that taping inmate’s reactions to unpleasant news is not an uncommon practice. They also argued that once the videotape is entered into evidence it must be released as required by Florida law, except under certain circumstances.

Baez has two weeks to view the tape and file a motion if he wishes to attempt to block its release.
