He is entirely reprehensible of him to have done this to a fifteen year old child. I in no way condone her actions, but she is fifteen and he is a grown man and more importantly a police officer. I'm certain they are trained to use restraint in situations like these. You can not, as an officer of the law, use your position to exact your level of justice, in any situation. That's for a judge and or jury to decide. If she was "lippy" and uncooperative, those should have been additional charges bought against her. Pure ignorant and unnecessary. Ridiculous.
