Okay then I’ll say it. He shouldn’t comply with the judges order to pay it. Nor should people in China comply with government orders to pay for the bullet that was used to assassinate their loved ones. Forcing someone to finance his own destruction is grossly immoral and wrong and we as moral creatures should steadfastly oppose it. Any judge that issues such an order should be dragged out of his house in the middle of the night, tortured and killed. His (or her) body parts should be mailed to other judges to give them the kind of judicial feedback on their job performance which has up until been lacking. Acts like this are the only thing tyranny understands and its high time fathers stop killing themselves and start killing judges.
