Yreka California- Monday morning at 4:30am an intruder went in to the home of 3 year old Francis Collins and abducted her. Francis is 3 ft tall and 30 pounds and she has brown hair and brown eyes. She was last seen in a tie dye shirt. Her abductor is Cody Kaplin a 22 year old man, described as a white man 5 feet 7 inches tall and 140 pounds with brown hair and hazel eyes. Kaplin has tattoos: an iron cross on his left hand, a mud flap girl on his right arm and his young son on his left arm.
Authorities say that Kaplin might be driving a 1992 green Pontiac Grand Am with California license plate of 3WCA651. The car is said to be damaged on the driver’s side. Authorities issued the Amber Alert system for Oregon because of the distance from Yreka to the Oregon border. Anyone with information regarding this abduction are asked to please call Yreka Police at 530-841-2623 or 1-866-5AMBERS.
There are so many missing children each day here in the US and internationally. I hope that Francis is found safe and well and returned to her parents. I hope she gets the same coverage as the Haleigh and Caylee disappearances have gotten. I would hope that all missing children from all walks of life everywhere will get the same coverage as Haleigh and Caylee. Cody Kaplin needs to be apprehended and held accountable for this crime against Francis. It sounds like from the little information in the news that Francis’s family is familiar with Cody. Hopefully he will find it within himself to do the right thing, God willing.

WONDER HOW THEY KNOW THAT THIS IS THE MAN WHO TOOK FRANCIS? SOME ONE MUST HAVE SEEN HIS CAR MAYBE. WHAT IN THE WORLD IS HAPPENING? SEEMS LIKE A COPY CAT THING GOING ON POOR LITTLE CHILDREN ARE THE VICTIMS AND SO INNOCENT ARE THEY AND UNKNOWING ABOUT HARM. LORD JESUS, PLEASE GET LITTLE FRANCIS BACK HOME SAFE. PARENTS WILL START TO HAVE TO KEEP THEIR CHILDREN IN THE SAME BED ROOM WITH THEM OR ELSE HAVE SECURITY INSTALLED IN THEIR HOMES. THE THING IS THAT A LOT OF FOLKS CAN’T AFFORD THE SECURITY SYSTEMS INSTALLED.

Inexpensive gadgets - alarms, for homes, bedrooms for the safety of our kids. Maybe small battery type audio things would work? ANYTHING - to wake parents up?

on the site with the pic there are comments and one is from someone named kizzie…who rembers what a child molester from washington said “you cant change us” i believe this to be very true, once a breast man your always gonna be a breast man, you may change for awhile but your always gonna notiice breasts first……children are so loving and innocent all child preditors should be locked away for life so they cant steal anyone elses innnocence
I sure wish all missing children cases would end this way. Thank God this little girl was found and returned home safe.
