Casey Anthony is set to return to court Monday. This afternoon’s hearing concerns video and photos of the accused child killer.

The video in question shows Casey’s reaction to media coverage about the discovery of her daughter Caylee’s body. It was taken by staff at Orange County Jail at the request of the sheriff’s office.

Casey’s attorney, Jose Baez, argues that Casey was taken to the jail’s clinic for the sole purpose of allowing her to see the coverage. He says the footage of her reaction violates Casey’s rights and could contaminate the jury pool.

Baez also wants to keep the public from seeing thousands of images that were part of Casey’s photobucket.com account. Some of the photos show the 22-year-old partying while her daughter was missing.

Baez says the state only wants to release the images to embarrass his client. He argues that prosecutors should only make the photos they plan to use at trial public.

Judge Stan Strickland will hear both motions this afternoon at 4:15.

ORLANDO — Casey Anthony’s defense team is preparing for a hearing for Monday afternoon.

Anthony’s attorney Jose Baez is asking Judge Stan Strickland to stop the release of personal images of Casey’s that were put on the Photobucket Web site.

Baez said the images were taken a year before Caylee disappeared, and have no connection to the case. The attorney also said the pictures will only embarrass Casey and may paint her in a negative light.

Baez filed a second motion to try to delay the release of a jailhouse video that allegedly shows Casey’s reaction the day Caylee’s remains were found. Baez claims the video violates his client’s Sixth Amendment right to have her lawyer present as well as her medical privacy rights under law.

The hearing for the motions is set for Monday at 4:15 p.m. at the Orange County Courthouse

AM is breathing & lung-type to invigorate the mind and respiratory system.

Afternoon is whatever I feel like… my back, neck, and shoulders have been hurting so I have been focusing on.

Before bed is meditation-type to clear my mind and go to bed.

It’s about 20 minutes in the AM, 20-30 minutes in the afternoon. And 15-20 minutes b4 bed.

Plus I walk the dogs everyday when the kiddos get home from school.

I quite cold-turkey 5 years ago for two years and it was really hard. But the last 3 years that I have picked it up again, it’s like I am doubly-addicted. The Dr’s put me on Wellbutrin at the beginning of Feb and told me to pick a quit-date two-weeks out and I picked Valentine’s. With the medication, it was easy to stop cold-turkey. Weaning myself off if the Cigs has NEVER worked for me.

The Dr’s (like a have a team of them.) lol. I meant the Dr.

I was wrapping gifts for all the wonderful people in my life.. you know.. my boyfriend and my other boyfriend.. and ummm.. the other boyfriend…. and ummm, ..anyway….I finished using all the scotchtape and realized I needed ummm.. more tape, ya know?… so I borrowed some from my father’s workbench.. so what if it was duct tape, I just needed TAPE.. and ummm.. that little girl was just annoying me so much, wanting attention and lunch and stuff, ya know?….. so I figured what the heck?… I put some of the duct tape over her mouth and nose and went back to wrapping all my used thongs that I was giving all my boyfriends and I had a phone call from a guy I just met and ya know.. before I knew it, he had talked me into meeting him, so I dropped everything and got all beautified, makeup and everything and I stole.. errr.. borrowed money from my mother’s wallet for gas and I stole.. ummm..er… borrowed my dad’s car to go meet the new guy… and we had such a great time dancing and drinking and I sorta puked in a toilet and someone took my pic, it was great fun… and .. ummm.. I stayed overnite with this new guy, who I fell in love with of course….and then I realized.. UH OH.. I left that little kid with the tape on her mouth .. oh well, it was only about 8 hours.. what’s another few hours, right?…. and then I figured I better go home before my parents knew I had the car and stuff and UH OH.. the kid was sorta dead… so, of course, I put her in bags and dumped her in the woods where I buried my pets and had sex with boys when I was in high school.. but.. ummmm.. it was an ACCIDENT.. you know what I mean? I think Tony is sleazy and one to take advantage of easy opportunities. I think once the story aired, he got real scared, cause he started calling the cops himself. He wanted to get his story to them ASAP, cause he had no idea what she had already spilled to the cops. I think he was more worried about her info about his lifestyle choices than the murder, but so was G and he lied his a@@ off to the cops.

I understand your points Spacely…but I just don’t give the guy that much credit that he would be able to think of a text in that manner, to cover his butt. Also, wouldn’t M have fired back something like “What are you talking about, I told you that Caylee had been taken” Perhaps she couldn’t do that because of timing or the fact that she was already arrested.
