Just heard the radio program about Sean. So beautiful, so perfect. Tears, laughs, as it all should be I think for Sean. He was funny! What a good soul, such a pure core. That beautiful music reminded me of children - who Sean defended with every ounce of life he had. What a good guy!

I really don’t care about the civil suit against Mother of the Year. It won’t make any difference in the outcome of her own trial and it won’t do anything for Caylee.

Yes, she lied about Zanny, etc., but I’m not sure if that warrants this big lawsuit. Hey, if Zaneida gets something, fine, but I really don’t care. If she wins, there is no money anyway, maybe take the prison account money? Fine.

As for the deposition, it hasn’t been stopped. They are asking for it NOT to be done with media present. Depositions are open to the public, but they want to be special. So what? All they have to say is that they never knew the nanny, never heard from her, etc. Big deal. Whether its filmed or not, the results will be the same.

The only testimony I want to hear from them is at the murder trial and watch them squirm as they are forced to repeat what they originally said in their interviews with police.

As for punishment for them, I would think they are and will continue to be in constant pain over the loss of little Caylee. They have to live with the fact that if they had been better parents and grandparents and protected her against her evil mother, she would still be alive. Plus, they have to live with the fact that their daughter will be in prison for the rest of her (and their’s) life.

So , for me, the focus is on their murderer daughter. She is the one and only I need to be punished. If anyone else in that foursome is charged with anything, that is only gravy on the potatoes.

They are marked for life. I can’t think of anyplace that they can live without being treated like lepers. So be it.

The judge is playing everything close to the vest. Conway is probably trying to find the best Quack M.D. in town to declare them mentally incompetant.

She managed, while sedated, to speak loud and clear before Caylee’s remains were found. She was “distraught”, but able to carry on. She managed to get through many television cameo’s while medicated, exhausted and in fear for her life.

Now that Caylee has been found, and finally laid to rest she is unable to speak?

This defies all logic.

But somewhere, there will be a doctor who will give her a note, to once again excuse her from reality.

I think that would be very hard to do! Make a doctor think your emotionally done! YOu would have to be bahaving in a certain manner, consistently during each visit etc..and not just show up all in tears one day with a court doc. saying tell them I’m a wreck…very hard to prove…and any doctor will know he has to tell the truth.

She will get deposed…I’m sure the docs. have seen her antics too…and make the appropriate diagnosis.

The lawyers representing Zenaida Fernandez-Gonzalez — the woman suing Casey Anthony in a defamation case — will have to wait to question George and Cindy Anthony under oath.

Orange Circuit Court Judge Jose R. Rodriguez postponed the depositions, which were scheduled for Thursday, until media outlets could submit documents on why they should be allowed to attend the interviews.

Depositions in civil cases are public proceedings but can be closed under a court order. The media have 20 days to respond.

The Anthonys’ attorney, Brad Conway, argued that the Anthonys are seeing counselors to help cope with their granddaughter’s death and their daughter’s arrest. The stress of taking depositions in front of the media may prove too much for them, he said.

Rodriguez asked to see psychological reports from the Anthonys’ doctors about the issue. He will review them under seal, which means the documents are not public record.

I was kidding about loss of appetite Pickles. Not much makes me not hungry.
