I think the prosecution could easily compile mounds of testimony demonstrating that M never has an emotional breakdown for anything surrounding Caylee or her disappearance. I have personally read many LE documents which state things like, it should be noted that she had no reaction. To make a notation like that indicates that such notations can be used in a court, otherwise I doubt the cops would wasted their time writing it down.

You show her normal reaction against this reaction which only occurred when they actually found a body and you bring in experts to say it was caused by her knowledge.

Sure, the defense can bring in their experts and in the end they may cancel each other out, but I believe the recording itself and the expert opinions are all admissible.

The state does not release info period. However, if info is going to be used in a trial in Florida, the state atty must register that info with the clerk of courts. Any citizen may request that info from the clerk. That is how the media gets it’s info. They request and pay for that info from the clerk. That is the law in Florida, that is how every case in Florida works, M is getting no different treatment than every single accused person in Florida.

Leonard Padilla has never once had any information that was credible in any way. He gets his info from the bottom of the crapper on which he starts his day.

You need to learn how to read a news article in order to separate the truth from the spin. You saw Carlos Padilla’s statement in that article quoted. You saw that he did not say those other things, that those are media interpretations and extrapolations of his statements.

It is up to you to determine for yourself that the media often fabricates or embellishes information in order to sell news stories.

It is a legal requirement that the prosecution in any trial must present ALL evidence, both inculpatory and exculpatory. They are not to favour only evidence that tends to incriminate, but to present a full picture of all the evidence to enable a jury to determine guilt or innocence. They are obligated to present evidence that tends to prove innocence as well if it is in their possession. And if it is evidence, it has to be given to the defence, and then we see it when it is released.

Pickles – I have had that in the back of my mind too, but everyone is different. I never dressed my daughter up in all those silly things and put those big honkin’ eyeglasses on her for pictures.

Lilred – M probably didn’t KNOW how to buckle her in right or was always in such a big toot to get somewhere that she didn’t care.

I’m not sure I agree about Caylee not being cared for, as in ♥. C even locked the shed in the backyard because as Caylee grew she didn’t want her to get in and hurt herself. The little playhouse & sandbox in backyard. She had a fit when someone left ladder by the pool. Her bedroom was adorable. Especially the her birth certificate & surrounding photos
in a frame.

But, it is all for naught now – because Caylee is gone from this Earth because of Monster.

That is the ONE thing that bothers me. When M left in a RAGE and took Caylee with her, C should have been frantic after a couple days. M couldn’t afford diapers and necessities. She should have asked THEN – where are they staying? The law is on the mother’s side, she couldn’t claim she was kidnapped. BUT, she should have checked, knowing her daughter was a sociopath.

Since these damaged individuals CANNOT stop themselves from wanting/taking our children for their sick wants, maybe parents have to get very aggressive mode, to keep ahead of them. It seems the Law KEEPS returning them to our streets. WHY is that IF they can’t be CURED? Or can they??WHAT A DANGEROUS SITUATION! Loose cannons walking our streets, waiting, stalking, watching for an OPENING! Probably some are planned, some- the “opportunity” is just there! They don’t care, the PIGS!

We have all made it harder stealing children from the streets, (thankfully),so what can be done to make their “bedrooms safer”? (Their latest method).

Maybe some kind of alarm on their bedroom door at night? (Would have to have the door closed – explain to them – somehow.) Have to figure this one out, in case they leave their rooms themselves. I would RATHER have false alarms tho, then a missing child. I would get a Potty of some sort, so they don’t have to leave their room for that. There has to be ways … THEY are UNITED, so should WE BE.

Alarms on the windows? Are there one’s we could buy and install ourselves?

What else can be done? Now with the internet, they have their groups and share information as to “how to”, best place to find them, etc. etc.
Very scary. Very dangerous times, like we don’t have ENOUGH big problems, on our minds.

Heart – 12:29: Isn’t that a dam shame that WE have to make our children prisoners in their own homes/bedrooms to keep these filth away.

Our innocent children don’t have the freedom to walk and play along the streets. But the creeps can go out and enjoy God’s Green Earth and stalk our kids.

When my kids were young it wasn’t a big problem worrying about someone coming in to kidnap them but still I guess being a Mom that naturally worried about her babies, I use to place large pieces of furniture, like a dresser or chest of drawers in front of the window in each of their rooms so no one could get in through the window.

I never thought for a moment that anyone would get away with coming in at night since I am such a light sleeper but these days I wonder if I would feel different. There is just so much of this kind of thing going on. I worry about my grandsons now.

I pray that one day someone will come up with a solution to protect these children. They certainly can’t do it themselves.

Sadly Ron has a rap sheet a mile long for drug charges & u name it. While that doesn’t mean he doesn’t love his child it certainly doesn’t reflect that he puts his children 1st. It puts them in harms way when u deal/do dope, it puts them at risk of being orphaned if u die in drug crime or overdose. It puts them at risk to be removed from their home if u have charges of drug use/dealing.

$ spent on drugs could be better used to provide. When u do drugs ur setting an example for ur kids who will more likely grow up to do the same. I don’t call any of that true love.
Having said that I would guess Ron is product of a drugs r okay home. I’m not saying he has no love for his children, he has to have some to keep them in a home & fed. But love is much more than that. It means doing whats best for ur children at ur own expense.

I do see where ur coming from, I was raised poor on a farm & I trust people from humble beginning more than those born w/ a silver spoon.
It’s the drugs & the ignorance that bothers me, they go hand & hand.

According to News 4 Jax.com, Haleigh Cumming’s little brother, Ronald Cummings Jr. gave his mother a startling bit of information regarding the night his sister was abducted.

The children’s mother, Crystal Sheffield, said that 4-year-old Ronald told her that a man dressed entirely in black entered the home and took Haleigh.

Sheffield relayed this information to authorities and Ronald Jr. was immediately questioned by a team of people who deal with children.

Authorities would not comment on this tip or any other tips they have received in order to protect the integrity of the case.

According to News 4 Jax.com, Haleigh Cumming’s little brother, Ronald Cummings Jr. gave his mother a startling bit of information regarding the night his sister was abducted.

The children’s mother, Crystal Sheffield, said that 4-year-old Ronald told her that a man dressed entirely in black entered the home and took Haleigh.

Sheffield relayed this information to authorities and Ronald Jr. was immediately questioned by a team of people who deal with children.

Authorities would not comment on this tip or any other tips they have received in order to protect the integrity of the case.

Geraldo Rivera was issued a trespass warning on Saturday….

Fox News anchor Geraldo Rivera was issued a trespass warning after a contentious interview with the father of a missing Putnam County girl.

As the search for 5-year-old Haleigh Cummings entered its 13th day, the county was abuzz about the contentious interview with her father Saturday night with Rivera.

Cummings got upset when Rivera said he’d been told by members of Haleigh’s mother’s family that Cummings hit the child and has said he is 75 percent sure he knows who has her.

Putnam County Sheriff’s deputies arrived on the scene later, and issued Rivera the trespass warning at the request of the two property owners on whose land the Cummings family is camping while their trailer remains closed off as a crime scene.

A trespass warning means Rivera would be arrested if he came back onto the property. Rivera told deputies he understood and stated he would not come back to the address, but declined to sign the trespass warning, according to a sheriff’s office report.

A bit or reverse parallel between Anthonys and Cummings is starting to form.

The Anthonys circled the wagons and are holding tight in their delusionsand lies and this has thwarted the investigation from day one.

The Cummings are scattered in their thinking and are now biting at each other. Sad, but this jealousy and spitefullness is going to slow progress in finding Haleigh. If they start “he said/she said” stuff, the police are going to be following false leads and that takes their time from true information.

Why isn’t he talking to his daughter on camera? “Haleigh, I’m here for you, if you are watching this. I’m going to find you.” Does he even think about her being out there, and watching the news? Why isn’t he thinking about being strong for her?

When I see this interview, it seems to be more about Cummings being devastated than finding Haleigh. It’s like he is feeling sorry for himself. Why? This is odd. Haleigh’s mom, ironically, does talk to her daughter on camera, as I would expect any parent would, if they feared their daughter was kidnapped. She says, “Everybody’s here for you. If you’re watching these, your momma misses you, daddy misses you … your whole family misses you and we will bring you home”

Then he says something that unnerved me in a huge way. Cummings says, “I’d give my life for my child’s life back.”

What? Why is he saying this? It makes no sense. Is that why his cry is so confusing? Does he fake concern and worry, and then really cry over what he may know already happened to his daughter? You would think he would have said instead, “I’d give my life for my child back”, but that is NOT what he says. Does this indicate that he believes his daughter is not alive? Is that why he thought earlier, “All I want is my children…” because he fears if the truth comes out, he will lose them, or at least his remaining son

To be fair here…As a parent…Sometimes a swat or two on the butt when a child needs a severe :attitude change: is needed. Especially when the child is doing something that might bring them harm and they refuse to listen over and over and over. Sometimes, you just have to resort to that. Now of course Abuse is a different thing. Now Shel and I have even had CAS called on us, because someone saw our 17 yr old outside without a jacket in the wintertime,…SHE refuses to waer one sometimes, so besides locking her in her room at that age there is not much you can do. So not always are things cut and dried when it comes to that kind of topic.

Those posts by Lorim were something else. All the e-mail that Polecat did with Anthony Lazzaro explaining to him that Nanny was driving back from (somewhere), what highway she was on. She kept calling nanny and giving Tony updates. Then said nanny had to pick up her dogs … on an on. That M should have been a writer, what an imagination.
