Great to hear a DVD is finally in the making, can't wait! When can we expect it?
I've got several questions I'd love to ask Gregg, coming from one of his biggest fans. I've posted several songs on youtube of me trying my hardest to play like him on organ.
1. When did you start playing the Hammond organ, and where did you learn your playing techniques for organs and Leslie speakers.
2. What was your approach to coming up with the now legendary Hammond solos on songs like Oye Como Va, Evil Ways, Savor and Soul Sacrifice?
3. What direction did you want to see the band [Santana] going in during both the early and later years?
4. Lastly, what was the most memorable tour date you've ever played, and do you have any funny or interesting stories that happened on tour or during a show?
