You are so right about Casey saying she spoke to Caylee on July 15th and the evidence suggests that she was already dead by then… this will be hard for the Ants to explain. The Ants did not want anybody to look for Caylee’s body, yet C admitted that secretly somebody(Dom?) was looking for Caylee in the area where she was finally found. I donot think there is even a word yet in the dictionary yet to describe their vile money grubbing behavior.
I can understand now why M hated her parents.
You can only come to the conclusion that if the Ants and cohorts would have found Caylee’s body, Caylee would have disappeared forever. Since it would have interfered with their money making scheme.

what’s going to be a pi$$er is if Misty didn’t tell the truth up front & they find that Haleigh was alive for a period of time then died, she should hang if thats the case. Even if she didn’t do anything intentional other than hinder the search if it’s resulted in the child dying she’s accountable imo.

Long time no see.
Have been busy with my cats.
Based on the newly released docs, was elated to notice that time of death was narrowed down to somewhere between June 16 and June 27. Not after M was arrested.
Makes M’s imaginary phone call to Caylee on July 15th especially damning.
Also was glad to see that Leevick is not Caylee’s father. So defense cannot use stuff like that in their defense(poor sexually abused monster)..
Frankly, I thought that M’s goose was cooked already but this new evidence makes it thoroughly overdone.

No doubt there is no Zanny. No evidence to prove she ever existed.

But the defense strategy will be to plant reasonable doubt that M committed the murders. Lying about Zanny and Caylee’s clothes being found near is not direct evidence M did it. I know she did it, you know she did it, but the burden of proof rests with the prosecution and right now, they have not released anything which clinches this case. I think all the evidence taken as a whole along with motivations and family dynamics all prove it was M, but who knows what Jose can talk the 12 in the box into believing.

I was really hoping for that fingerprint…

SATSUMA, FL — The mother, father and grandmother of Haleigh Cummings are at the Putnam County Sheriff’s Office right now.

Moments ago, Marie Griffis, Haleigh’s grandmother, told First Coast News that deputies had told her to pick up Crystal Sheffield, Haleigh’s mother, and take her to the Sheriff’s Office.

Griffis left in a hurry, according to First Coast News Chief Investigative reporter Jackelyn Barnard.

Haleigh’s father, Ronald Cummings, was taken there by the lead detective in the case.

The flurry of activity came hours after a news conference where investigators announced little except the tip about Misty Croslin not being at the house when Haleigh vanished.

Do you guys think they found her??

Actually, I think this is easily explained away as they were her clothes, so they did come from the Ant house, but they could have been taken when Caylee originally left. Same with the diapers and such. But I think the diapers show it was very close to the time she left, except that you could always buy more of the same brand of diaper.

3 PM ET - The defense is citing “junk science” to explain the droves of forensic evidence just released by the State, including duct tape and plastic bag evidence. In a statement just released, Casey Anthony’s defense team is basing their theory on a two year study by National Academy of Sciences. According to the study, released today, the National Research Council finds serious deficiencies in the nation’s forensic science system and calls for major reforms and new research. In other words, tot mom’s co-counsel says the forensic analyses were done by law enforcement agencies with no independent oversight. The defense says their own experts will conduct an “objective analysis of this biased discovery.” The defense even believes this murder case will be the one to expose flaws in evidence only tested by law enforcement. As far as the duct tape found over Caylee’s mouth being similar to duct tape found on a gas can at the Anthony home, the defense says the brand of duct tape is the most widely sold in the U.S. and again says the analysis of the duct tape is also flawed. I think if the FBI and police have turned these documents, pictures, etc over to defense and public, they have already noticed the “03 on the left page. And, somewhere in the next 1000 pages coming out, the diary will be mentioned and we will see why the ‘03 is still there.

It does look like many pages were ripped out of the book, for what reason, who knows? Either The “real” victim didn’t have a new book to write in and found a 6 year old one, ripped out pages and decided to start writing again. OR, the police / FBI tore out the pages since they were of no significance to the case (as in personal information before crime?)

The red pen doesn’t bother me. I know plenty of people who only use a certain color pen. Almost a “signature” color for themself. And, this murdering mother certainly does like to STAND OUT, doesn’t she?

Well June 21 isnt too long after Caylee was last seen, she was in and out of the house for a while, remember when G busted her with the gas cans, on like the 26th? They were at work all day, she easily could’ve been in and out- and remember also Anthony Lazarro saying she had come to his place with food she had taken from her parents’ house…

I’ve seen where they’ve matched ink from ink pens… they could of collected any red ink pens from the house… Does anyone have ink pens that work that are over 5 years old?

Based on the STR typing results, the DNA obtained from specimen Q18-1 (CAYLEE ANTHONY) could not have originated from a biological offspring of the individual represented by specimen K9 (LEE ANTHONY)

This was found in the 12/16/08 report of examination the FBI sent back to LE.

YES 03 clearly states 03….but I think that its an old journal..being used….she had to get it out..somewhere…

And when you think about it, on June 21, she was out of the house. Would she have taken this old journal with her to write in? Would she have taken a moment during a ransacking of the house to jot down these feelings?

I guess she could have brought it back to the house later, or maybe it was in the car and C pulled it out when she was cleaning…but I get the feeling we got mislead on this one…

Yes PAW I get that part…its very inconclusive….but alls im saying is that aint a 16 yr olds hand writing on page two….I think its an old journal..that she had laying around..and used….pages missing prolly wrote other notes and lists on….I think the 03 is either old or a rouse to make it look like something else.
