I am trying to understand what all the posts here are saying, is it DEFINITE that m’s prints are on the duct tape?

And… if the defense team had access to their own analysis of the state evidence, wouldn’t they already have evaluated the duct tape and seen it?

Beast.. I’m with you. I say wrap her mouth in duct tape..tie her hands and feet and put her in the trunk of a car….. (maybe Lee’s?)…make sure the weather is really hot and when she starts moaning and banging around back there.. just pound on the trunk a few times, tell her to shut up. Do that every day until there is no more noise coming from the trunk. Then, lets see….just dump her anywhere, doesn’t matter. No one will care.

I hope that the inmates at all the FL prisons are rubbing their hands in glee, waiting for Ms Casey Anthony to make her big appearance. The state released over 1,100 pages of evidence to Casey Anthony’s defense team on Monday.

According to a source close to the investigation, test results from the FBI crime lab on the duct tape found on slain toddler Caylee Anthony’s skull are in that new batch of evidence.

When asked by WESH 2’s Bob Kealing if Casey Anthony’s fingerprints were on the duct tape, a source with direct knowledge of the investigation said, “This is not going to be good news for the defense.”

A spokeswoman with the state attorney’s office told WESH 2 she does not plan to release this new evidence released to the public until at least midweek.

Orlando defense attorney Richard Hornsby said the duct tape evidence brings the possibility of the death penalty back in to play. Hornsby said it may force Anthony’s defense attorney, Jose Baez, to “put Casey on the stand” or “consider a plea bargain.”

Casey Anthony’s defense attorney Jose Baez checked himself into a hospital Friday night with a “stomach ache” according to his spokeswoman Marti Mackenzie.

She would not say how long he stayed, but said doctors ran several test as a precaution.

Mackenzie said Baez was back at work Monday and feeling fine.
